Third POV

"Wow..." Veronica said in disbelief.

"Well I'm happy after all you've stayed strong this entire time so now it's time to wind down for your wedding and the rest is easy." Margaret sighed, taking a sip of her green tea.

" true, now which one of you wants to be the maid of honor?"  Elizabeth asked gleaming in happiness.

Margaret raised her hands.

"I've always wanted to be one , besides it's the closest thing to be like a bride I guess so..." Margaret giggled

" and I'll be a bridesmaid."Veronica shrugged.

The rest of their time was spent chatting about random things.

Timeskip 25 minutes later~

"Alright, we have to get going, it was nice seeing you Elizabeth." Veronica spoke as she got up from her seat.

"Yeah, do be sure to call us about arrangements at the wedding." Margaret added.

"Alright, see you on the 26th or earlier." Elizabeth waved.

And that was it, Veronica and Margaret left first then Elizabeth who ordered a small piece of vanilla cake for meliodas.

Going back home Elizabeth could only have endless possibilities on how the wedding would go.

With meliodas~

In his office, on his computer deciding on accepting or declining the request of a meeting.

Most of the meetings he got were typically serious, other just put his life and others in jeopardy.

Just then then Diane rang up to him.

"Hey captain, you called?" Diane questioned

"Yeah, do you think you can schedule a wedding planner for me, like for tomorrow?" Meliodas asked tossing his pen up and down.

"Yeah- wait, who's gettin' married?" Diane paused, confuzzled to say the least.

Silence~

"OH MY- captain, CONGRATULATIONS, when are you having it?" Diane said excitedly.

"The day after Christmas." Meliodas answered, slightly chuckling at Diane's antics.

" ohh ok, I've got it scheduled for tomorrow 4 pm, anything else?" Diane inquired.

"Nope, that's all for now." Meliodas spoke before the call was cut.

Timeskip evening~

The rest of the time at work went well as usual and now meliodas got to go home to his fiancée.

When he arrived he saw Elizabeth sitting on the couch, watching tv.

"Hey babe, how was work?" Elizabeth asked with a smile.

"Good, and yours?" Meliodas replied, taking a seat next to her.

"Wonderful, I met up with my sisters today, and I now have my maid of honor, but on another note, I got you some cake." Elizabeth added, handing him a clear case packaging holding a slice of vanilla cake.

"why thank you, tomorrow, we have to meet up with a wedding planner." Meliodas recalled.

"Alright, would  you stay home or are you going to work right after?" Elizabeth questioned.

" hmm, I might just go back but hey, this isn't an easy life I'm living." Meliodas chuckled.

" well you can eat your cake, I'm head up stairs and get ready for bed." Elizabeth spoke rubbing her eye.

"Nah I wanna stay with you so I'm taking a fork and heading upstairs too."  Meliodas shrugged heading into the kitchen.

He then walked out with a fork as the two headed upstairs.

Upstairs~
In the room there meliodas and Elizabeth laid relaxing with one another.

As Elizabeth wrapped her arms around him and laid her head on his chest.

She was comfortable to say the least.

"You want a bite of this?" Meliodas asked shoving a piece in his mouth.

"No besides I'm not gonna fall into temptation." Elizabeth answered.

"Temptation? Didn't you already when you fell in looove with a demon like me?" Meliodas snickered.

" maybe... now GIMME the DAMN cake!" Elizabeth making a scowl.

Meliodas  Raises  his hands up as if he surrendered.

"Yeah that's what I thought... you damned demon." Elizabeth giggled, taking a bit out of it.

"Oh  that's how you wanna play? I'll show you a TRUE damned demon, come here!" Meliodas shouted.
