Dahlia was more than happy with the chambers she found herself in. It was very simple, and not troubling in the slightest. There were beautiful paintings of both Asgard and Alfheim on the wall, and she was quite taken by them.

Her bed was larger than the one she had at home, and she could hardly believe its size. It was off white in coloring and the softest thing she had ever touched. Many of pillows sat on top and it looked as if it was a cloud.

Loki stood by the door; a smile on his face as she looked around in awe at the room he had a hand in decorating for her. He was very happy that she seemed to like it.

"Loki," Dahlia looked up at him. His eyes were already on her. "You are my friend, right?"

"Of course."

"Would it be alright if I did something that a Princess would not?"

Loki grew confused. "What is it?"

Dahlia smiled. "I would like to jump in the bed. But I am to be on my best behavior. Mother said no pranks, or acting young."

Loki's frown softened and grew to a smile. "Jump away. Your secret is safe with me."

Dahlia wasted no time before jumping onto the bed. The pillows around her went flying and some fell to the floor, though her laughter was the only thing anyone could take notice to.

Even Loki, with walls around his heart so, smiled at her laughter. It was if he could not control himself when he was around her. She broke away the walls that he had built up. Just as his mother did.

"You shall do it too." Dahlia them sat up on the soft bed.

"You would like me to jump on the bed?" Loki asked with a raised eyebrow. Dahlia nodded. The God of Mischief laughed then and walked over to the bed. He did not jump as she did, but he sat across the soft bed and admired the Elf.

"Do friends tell each other secrets?" Dahlia asked him.

"Yes."

"Can I tell you one?"

"Of course."

"And you won't tell anyone?"

"Not a soul. I promise."

Dahlia pursed her lips for a second. Then she spoke. "My secret is that I do not wish to sing at Prince Thor's celebration."

Loki looked at her with sorrow, remembering the time that she told him that she did not like to sing in front of people. "It will be alright."

"I am very nervous."

"What can I do to help you?"

Dahlia then had an idea, the most innocent of one. "Will you escort me to the celebration? And when I have to sing will you be in the front? I have never sung in front of so many people."
