Chapter 42 "Sun Warrior Island"

"We've been riding for hours. I don't know why, but I thought this thing would be a lot faster." Zuko complains.

"He is right this beast should be a lot faster!" Azula shouted as she started at the water.

Appa let a roar as a response.

"Appa's right, Zuko. In our group, typically we start out our missions with a more upbeat attitude." Aang said positively.

"I can't believe this." Zuko and Azula said in unison.

"Don't worry. You'll get the hang of it." Aang reassured.

"I think already got the hang of it." Lu Ten responded.

"That's great I guess." Azula sighed, "at least your finding this boredom fun."

"As a matter of fact I am, we get to see the ruins of the first firebending culture! I can already feel it's ancient wonders!" Lu Ten was excited to get their.

"Well I don't, it could be dangerous." Tia protested.

"Hey relax come on, don't you think it would be nice to see the island?" Lu said as he put his arm around her.

"B-but it's not a safe place!" Tia said in an uncomfortable voice.

Lu Ten looked a her with an evil smirk, "What's the matter? Feeling home sick?" Lu Ten whispered into her ear.

Tia pushed the ex prince away, "Lu stop your making me uncomfortable!"

Lu just laughed and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"I never took you as the lady man." Zuko interrupted the two.

"Hey what can I say, I'm a gentleman." Lu replied with confidence.

"Let me guess, uncle fatso taught you that?" Azula teased.

The ex prince turned around and gave a glare at his young cousin, "no I learn that myself princess spoiled brat," Lu replied with a evil smirk that very similar to Azula's smirks.

"Hey at least I didn't fake my death," Azula protested.

"And at least I make a better prodigy!" Lu Ten responded.

"Man I wish I had some Fire-Flakes," Zuko said as his two cousins continued talking over him.

"I conquered Ba Sing Se!" Azula bragged about her achievement as it made Aang very uncomfortable.

"Oh yeah, I destroyed half of the Southern Earth Kingdom Army with just 2,000 soldiers of the best army in the Fire Nation!" Lu Ten replied.

"I killed the Avatar, conquered Ba Sing Se, and arrested your father." Azula said.

Lu Ten and Tia looked at her with a shocked expression.

"WHAT," Lu snapped, "You captured my father! Prince and General Iron Dragon Of The West surrendered to you?!"

"We he kinda gave up and was put in the Royal Prison." Azula answered.

"I visited him a lot before the Day Of The Black Sun," Zuko continued, "but on that day the Avatar lead invasion... and your father escaped. No one knows where is at Lu..."

"It's fine, I will find him one day," Lu sighed, "I'm glad he is free from prison."

"Relax Lu we will see him again," Tia said to comfort him.

"Tia is right, what happen to that upbeat attitude?" Aang interrupted.

"Don't worries its's still here!" Lu Ten replied.
