The five teenagers followed Chief Cho to the ruins of what probably was a plaza for a market. There was a huge fire in the middle with people dancing around and singing songs. There was food like fried shark-whale meat and apple pears.
"Look Tia has returned!" A tribesman shouted.
Suddenly everyone silent and didn't move a muscle.
"My people, my daughter has returned to us thanks to Prince Lu Ten of Fire Nation. So Tonight we celebrate in her honor for returning to us!" Chief Cho said to the crowd.
The crowd then shouted cheers and began to chant her name.
"Wow Tia I would never believe you are a Sun Warrior," said Aang.
"Well I never told anyone so that my people would remain a secret," Tia explained to the Avatar.
"How long has it been since you left?" Zuko asked.
"I left seven years ago when Lu Ten and his father Iroh came here," Tia explained.
"WAIT WHAT?!" Aang, Azula, and Zuko shouted in surprise. The three then turned and looked at Lu with curiosity, "When where you gonna tell us this?" They asked.
"Oh yeah about that well I can tell how Tia snuck on to my ship," said Lu Ten.
"So son did you enjoy going to Sun Warrior Island?" Iroh asked his son.
"Yeah Dad it was awesome! I feel like a man now! And no one will stop Lu Ten Dragon Of the east!" The 11 year old Lu Ten answered as he made a manly pose.
His father chuckled at his son's attempt to be manly, he then he said, "Ah my son but remember what Chief Cho said."
"Yeah yeah, Sun Warrior island was not a vacation but a place for my training," Lu Ten said in annoyance.
"Hey dad can I go train in the cargo room?" Lu Ten asked.
"Sure my boy but just don't burn the supplies," Iroh answered.
"Thanks dad," said Lu Ten as he left to the cargo room.
Lu Ten ran to the cargo room while bumping into a few crewmen and guards. He opened the door and began to do his training. He went through the moves with ease. But hear a strange sound in the room. It was some king of crunching sound. Was someone eating here?
"Hello?" Lu Ten shouted.
"Is anyone here? Kaen? Dad is that you? Lieutenant Zhao? Lieutenant Han?"
No response.
"Maybe I should call dad," Lu Ten said to himself.
"Wait a minute I can't call dad, that would be weakness. I must find out what is going on," Lu Ten shouted with confidence.
He walked to crates of supplies and equipments. He looked around and saw everything to be normally. He was about to leave when he hear the sound again. He turned around to see a box moving back and forth.
He drew out a dagger and slowly walked towards it. He looked inside the box and saw...
A 10 year old Tia eating some food rations
Lu Ten and Tia scream at the same time.
"TIA?!" Lu looked surprised and shocked.
"H-hi," Tia looked scared.
"What the Avatar are you doing?!" He asked.
"What should I tell you?" Tia asked.
"Because you shouldn't be on my ship!" He shouted which made Tia more scared.
Lu Ten grabbed her wrist and said, "I'm taking you to my father."
