Chapter 9 "Azula's Secret"

Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee were walking around a secret underground section of the palace that only she knows. Azula was pissed off that her own guards betrayed her. She knew that she could take them on but it was better to figure out the cause of this attack. She knew that every attack has a purpose. And where there is a purpose, someone is behind it.

"Ugh I'm bored, why couldn't we stay back in that room and fight? At least I would have something to do." Mai complained.

"I'm getting to the bottom of this!"

The trio halted when they saw a hall way that went two ways.

"Should we spilt up?" Ty Lee asked.

"I suppose" the princess answered.

Azula went the right hallway, while her friends went the left way.

(Azula's pov)

Why would my own men attack me?! They would never they do such a stupid move unless they wanted to have their organs burned on the inside.

I walked to the very end to realize it was a dead end...

OH SHIT I WENT THE WRONG WAY! I CANNOT LET THEM FIND THAT DOOR!

I started run back to get to my friends, they cannot know...

(Meanwhile with Ty Lee, and Mai)

The two girls were walking. Ty Lee was rambling about Bunny-bears, while Mai was her usually emotionless bored self.

"So when I was going out shopping, I saw this Bunny-bear and I was so cu-" Ty Lee suddenly stop talking when she stop in front of a large pink door.

"When did Azula like pink?" Asked the acrobat.

"I honestly don't know."

It was pink and white. It had dragons carved on to it's fine metal. It also had words engraved, "Azula's room, DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE!"

"Maybe we shouldn't be here Mai!"

"Why not, it's not like Azula wouldn't know we went in her."

Before Ty Lee could respond, Mai open the doors. Ty Lee mouth dropped.

Inside the room there were... portraits of Ty Lee. Strange altars with stuff on it. A scroll cabinet with with the signs saying "failed love letters".

Ty Lee was shocked out by all this stuff. It was like Azula worshiped her?

Mai was confused and shock.

"Mai... what is this place?"

Mai didn't say anything. Instead she searched around this strange room.

(Ty Lee's pov)

This room... it was like some kind of shrine... dedicated to me! I look at one Altar that seemed to contain a jar of what looks like hair... WAIT A MINUTE IS THAT MY PUBIC HAIR?!

This is creeping me out. Azula has be collecting my things. She has portraits of me everywhere! I look to find some pink book. I went to read the title.

"My diary of Ty Lee"

Diary of me? That is weird. I shouldn't be reading this, but something tells me I should. I open the book to a random back

Dear Diary

I'm in love with Ty Lee! I know no one will understand me for why I chose someone like a 'Circus freak' . But every since I was young, I had a crush on her. I didn't know it back then but ever since I recruited her to help me to capture the Avatar and catch my traitorous brother and uncle, my old feelings came back to me. Is it love? I don't know. Monsters can't love. Maybe my mother was right... I am a monster. I will need to hide these feelings for her. And besides, I'm a princess, and my country needs me. Oh well I better get going or Father will become suspicious.

Azula.

WHAT, SHE'S IN LOVE WITH ME?! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE, EVERY TIME I SEE HER AURA IT IS USUALLY BLOODY CRIMSON RED AND BLACK! SHE NEVER HAS A POSITIVE AURA! THIS IS NOT TRUE!

Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder and jerked to see Mai with wide eyes... that is something you don't see everyday.

"What... the fuck... Angi, is Azula gay?!" My friend asked.

I didn't respond back. I'm dreaming right? Someone please tell me this is not true!

Suddenly I heard running boots and turned see a scared Azula. Her eyes were wide as if she saw me murder the entire Air Nomads!

"Ty....." was all that Azula said.

She started hyperventilating.... I just wish I could help... but I can't move. I can remove the image of Azula's words in her diary. I'm in love with Ty Lee...
