Dean

"Hey, Waffle," Sienna greets coming into my room. After the whole confronting Gina fiasco, Gina has been complaining loudly to Theo. She's been following him around, ranting, which pushed us away from him. I retreated to my bedroom while the others escaped elsewhere. I was reading on my love seat when Sienna came in.

"Hey, Pancake. You okay?" I ask because her face looks conflicted. Her lips are in a small smile, but her eyes show worry.

"Yeah, Yeah, of course. I'm pretty okay." She comes deeper into the room but doesn't sit down. "Am I interrupting?"

"Never, babe," I tell her honestly. I reach for her and pull her small body into my arms. She bundles up into a ball as my arms come around her. I hold the book out and smile when she starts playing with my fingers.

"What are you reading?"

"One of Theo's favorite books. He's been wanting for me to read it for some time but I opted to read your book instead." I absolutely loved 'Look in the Window.' I don't know if it's because it was the first book I actually sat down to read, or because Sienna was reading it. But I could read that book twice a day and not get tired of it. Even though, I know the first ten chapters by heart.

Sienna chuckles. "You know, I never finished that book. I got to the part when she saw the stalker guy and her old boyfriend."

I gasp in offense at her never finishing such an amazing book. "You're missing out, Pancake. It gets better. So much better."

"I didn't really have time to read," she says quietly. Of course she didn't. She was too busy juggling loving us, having a Soldier in her mind, and dealing with a her monsters. I have a superwoman in my arms.

"Yeah. But now, we have all the time in the world to read." I grab her hand and kiss it.

"Let's get started," she says squirming in my lap to readjust. She settles down and I hold up the book so we can read together. Sienna doesn't complain that I'm in the middle of the book. She doesn't ask questions nor does she move, keeping my environment quiet and peaceful. She fits perfectly into my lap and all I can think about is how blessed I am. How in another world, this would have been taken away from me. How in the past, I might've taken this for granted. How right now, I am enjoying every beat of Sienna's heart and brush of her fingers on my hand.

"Babe?" Sienna calls tilting her head back to look at me. She looks goofy and I want to take a picture, that'd ruin the moment though.

"Yes?" I kiss her upside-down forehead.

"You okay? We've been on this page for awhile."

I nod my head and put down the book. I had been turning the pages but I stopped. I was lost in my head at the thought of Sienna.

"You mind if we take a break?" I ask biting my lip. Sienna turns around so we're face to face, wrapping her legs around my waist.

"We have all the time in the world," she repeats my words.

"We do. And I'm so grateful for it." I give her a long and thorough kiss. I've missed my Sienna so much. I've missed how verbal she is when we kiss. I've missed the tightening of her hands and the smoothness of her lips. I've missed how she seems to be laughing against my lips when I tease her tongue with mine. "I've missed you so much."

She pulls back and thankfully, my statement didn't make her cry. If Sienna cries, I'll break down. I've done enough of that in the past year.

"I know, Waffle. I know I put you through so much pain and I can't express how sorry I am. I also can't express how proud I am of you."

Her last statement makes me confused. "Proud?"

"Of course. Cole told me about you staying together and being there for everyone else. Theo ranted about how proud he was for you resisting turning back to alcohol. I don't know the feelings you felt, but I'm glad you're sober and I'm so proud." She gives me a chaste kiss that pushes elation into my body. Sienna doesn't need to tell me how proud she is, I can see it in her eyes and feel it through her kiss.

I'm so damned happy I didn't go to that cabinet.

"Thanks, Pancake," I give her a grin that she returns.

"Of course. But, I have a question."

A question?

"Why aren't you... I don't know, a bit confused at my coming back. I mean none of the guys have asked me how it's possible, but I expected you too."

"Do you know how you came back?" I know that the first Sienna would have done when she came back was explain how she's back in the first place. Sienna doesn't know how's she alive.

"Nope."

"Exactly." I interlock our hands and smile at her. "Besides, I don't care how you're back. I got another chance to be with you and I'm not gonna question who gave me the honor. I'll just thank them and enjoy you." Our lips connect after I finish. I genuinely do not give a damn how she's alive. I just know that she is and I'm going to spend every second of my life making sure that she stays that way. I know no one lives forever, but I better die first is all I'm saying.

"I love you, Dean. So much."

"I love you more, Sienna."

"Impossible."

"It's very possible."

"It's impossible to love someone more than infinity."

"How about infinity and one."

"Infinite times one thousand."

"Infinity Times one million."

Man, I missed this.

"Infinity times infinity," Sienna continues.

"I'll love you for infinity."

"I'll love you 'till my last, dying breath."

Aaaand Sienna just killed our vibe. I raise a brow at her, but I can't stop the affectionate smile on my face.

"Too soon?" She asks sheepishly.

"It'll always be too soon."
