Sonya POV:

No.

Despite the odd outbreak that happened this morning, I couldn't change my plans of being a teenager tonight; I was set on having the best time of my life, and without a single worry about a tomorrow, or what was going to happen to the world..

Pain was not my thing if I dare to say.

Ironically, it took me one night out to get accustomed to the chaotic ambiance of parties. The only difference about this time was that I didn't have my friends expecting me somewhere in this unfamiliar, massive villa.

Spoiled brats.

Speaking of which, my head twists sideways and my hands fidget on my dress as I search for her. However, it doesn't take me too long to give up. There were -just- so many people in here! Might as well start looking for the backdoor just in case I needed an escape.

It was astounding. There was not a moment of stillness. So much and so little was happening at the same time. School jocks jumping and screaming, cheerleaders chattering, friends groups gufawing, even the "quiet" girl in my English class was here. She was cuddling up to some guy with a chiseled back.

Pfft. It is always the quiet ones.

I knew I had to make a move. Luckily, someone snatches me away before I ended up lost in this labyrinth-like house.

-" Here! our team is completed now! " The girl squeals.

I had the same face a little girl has when her parents "eat her candy" on Halloween.

Then I get it, we were playing Dares. There were two teams, and we were mixed. When someone from the opposing team disappears, I scan my teammates. Moments later, someone has been lured into the opposing team. She was in a Nirvana shirt and baggy ripped jeans. She looked different, and I wonder what changed. I was not that girl at the club, but I still liked her in a tuxedo.

A playful smile cracks up at the corner of her lips when our eyes meet.

-" Mine too " the guy beams, adding, with more excitement " let's get this game started! "

The rest of the game went smoothly. Both teams were taking it very seriously. I was not good with games, but luckily for me, the instructions were simple, it was a dare each member of the teams, those who didn't execute their dares took a shot. So far, there has been a lot of kissing and spanking strangers butts, occasionally there was a battle of chugging in a whole bottle of beer without pausing. And so far, I couldn't get the fun in all that.

-" Sonya! Your turn to spin!"

I was surprised to hear my name coming up.

Call it the universe's doing, but the bottle lands exactly on Becky. There was no deviating, no point in debating it. That was it. The sign was a bottle of bubbly water.

-"Shoot"

I have not drunk any shots yet, I was not dreaming, her plump, soft lips were expanded in a generous smile that embellished her deep brown eyes.

-" Hey ! that is not how we agreed to play it " Daniel, the opposite team leader, gets up in protest.

"My" team leader, Nina, purses her lips, and Becky and I exchange a confused look.

-"You have to pick a dare instead"

She shows me a bowl full of yellow cards and shrugs as she puts it down.
