Here's your new update and I'm really sorry it's taking long. But, I hope it was worth the wait. :)

Also, I had a question from an anonymous person. 

Question: "I like my best friend but he doesn't know. I'm planning to tell him soon but I'm scared he'll reject me and it'll ruin our friendship. What should I do? I've asked him if he likes anyone but he says there's no one he likes and that kinda got my hopes up a bit. You seem to be really good with relationships judging by your stories. So, advice please? Thanks x"

• Well um, "never judge a book by its cover" I guess. LOL Can I just comment how you automatically assume I'm good with relationships when I literally write about jealous teens and heartbreaks 😂 anyway, I'll just tell you right now... I fell in love with a friend too and I've liked him for the longest time. I never told him directly, I just gave him hints. We have discussed about our love lives in most of our conversations. I tried to hook him up but he told me that he wants to find someone on his own. I eventually told him that I liked him and he was shocked but turns out he liked me too. (By the way, I'm still with the same dude til now LOL) So yeah, take your chance to tell him because you'll never know the outcome. Rejection can be scary but we all keep moving forward no matter what. Will it ruin your friendship? That is on you. Talk it out with him afterwards. There's nothing more worse than losing a friendship. I hope this helps!!

Ash's next gym battle was up against Clemont who had already took off to Lumiose City to prepare for their gym battle against each other. The group stopped to camp in an open field for a bit before they head back to Lumiose City. Ash and Serena began setting up their tent while Dawn and Bonnie set up theirs. 

"I'm going to get some firewood." Ash suggested. 

"Great. Dawn will you help Ash gather the firewood while Serena and I prepare dinner?" Bonnie smiled.

"Uh, I-" Before Dawn could say anything Bonnie gave her a big smile and pushed her towards Ash. 

"I can actually go and help Ash gather some firewood." Serena jumped in.

"If you go, who will make the macaroons?" Bonnie pouted.

Serena couldn't say no to Bonnie's pouted face. Bonnie had a way of getting things she wants and she never took no for an answer. Well, except when it came to Clemont. Serena smiled at her lightly as she patted the little girl's head and went to prepare her ingredients for macaroons. 

"Have fun you two." Bonnie snickered.

Dawn glared over at Bonnie who gave her a thumbs up. Dawn sighed as she walked slowly beside Ash. Although the sun was already setting, it felt a bit humid. Dawn noticed Ash take off his hat as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. "It sure is humid out here, huh, Dawn?" Ash said.

"Yeah. Probably because of the forest." Dawn said as she wiped the sweat off of her cheek. The forest was pretty dense which really explained the humidity. Dawn then noticed something else in the corner of her eye and saw Ash taking off both his collared shirt and black undershirt. Dawn turned away trying to hide her red face from him. "A-Ash! What are you doing!?" She shouted as she put her beret over her face.

"I'm sweating, Dawn. My shirt wasn't exactly helping." He explained.

"So it was necessary for you to take it off!?" She exclaimed. 

"Yeah." He said as he placed his shirts on the ground while he collected some firewood. Dawn breathed in as she decided that she wouldn't look over at Ash and just continue to collect firewood. That was impossible though. She too was getting sweat and she could feel her cover up getting drenched from her sweat as well as her scarf. Maybe she shouldn't have overdone it with the scarf. She sighed as she continued to collect firewood and ignore the humid air. However, Ash seemed to notice Dawn's problem.
