Hello, everyone. 

I haven't updated in awhile and this is why:

- Going through some shit
-Laptop broke :(
- My drawing tablet broke as well

So I made the decision that I'm going to buy an Ipad considering it's easier to handle than a tablet.  It'd be cool if you guys could help out. :) If you don't then it's fine either way. I appreciate you all for reading my stories! I know I say that a lot but it really does make me happy that you enjoy what I write :')

Clemont blinked at Ash. He honestly didn't know how to feel. Shocked? Confused? Angry? He looked up at Ash who was waiting for him to respond. But how could he?

He didn't think Serena would make a deal with Ash. She was really getting desperate about keeping Ash to herself. Clemont felt worried for his friend because he knew Ash didn't want this but he also didn't want to hurt Serena. 

"What do you plan on doing?" The scientist asked.

"I honestly don't know. We made this deal to see if our relationship would get better but it's just getting worse each day and it's... it's all my fault." Ash sighed.

"How is it your fault?" 

"Because I don't put in the effort to make it work. I don't even try to. It's literally my fault that we're like this and I dragged Dawn into it too." Ash cried as he buried his face into his hands. He didn't expect to actually breakdown in front of Clemont but he was honestly so tired of it all. He just wanted to be happy with Dawn but he couldn't. He sounded selfish for thinking that. 

Clemont placed a hand on his friend's shoulder. It was the first time he's ever seen Ash cry. He wanted to help him. Both him and Serena. Sure, Serena was acting up but Clemont still considered her a friend at least. 

That's when an idea had sparked. 

"Ash, I've got it!" Clemont smiled.

"Got what?" Ash sniffled.

"A way to get you out of this deal with Serena!" 

Ash wiped his tears away as he looked up at the scientist with hope in his eyes. "R-Really!? How!? Tell me, Clemont!!!" He said as he started to shake him furiously.

"We get her to fall in love with someone else!" Clemont grinned.

Ash's smile then turned into a dull expression. He blinked at the scientist as he let him go and went back to sulking.

"What's wrong?" Clemont asked.

"That will never work..." Ash sobbed.

"Hey, you never know until you try, right? We just gotta get someone who's just as good looking as you." Clemont thought.

"Trust me. Serena would never fall in love with somebody else-" 

"Hey, Ashy." 

Ash blinked and winced at the sound of that name. But it wasn't from Serena, it was came from someone else. He turned around to see none other than Gary Oak smiling at him. 

"G-Gary!? What are you doing here? Aren't you helping out Professor Sycamore at his summer camp?" Ash asked him.

"I was gonna help him with the next batch of trainers but he wanted me to research some Pokemon for him for a special project he's working on." Gary explained. "Anyway, how goes it Ashy boy? Still with that uh... What's her name again? Serial?"
