INDIGO'S POV
We pulled up to my house, I stared at out of the window at my front door where lynton fucked my life up.
My leg began shaking uncontrollably as I clenched my jaw, tightening my fist.
I felt a hand putting my pressure on my thigh, making me stop, turning away from the window to face jahseh.
"what's wrong babygirl, and don't lie to me, actually fuck that I wanna know where you've been all this time" he said looking into my eyes.
"I was in..orlando" I said lowly, brushing my hair behind my ear.
"orlando? why? who do you know in orlando? why didn't you say anything? I was here going fucking crazy wondering where the fuck you was! why indigo?! why?" he shouted, looking furious with hurt in his eyes
"look I didn't want to leave, I had to-"
"I know something happened, my arm hasn't stopped bleeding for a fucking year..I know you was hurting indigo..I could feel it, so what ever bullshit ass story you about to tell me to try soothe my feelings you can forget it" he said sternly, still looking into my eyes.
I sighed, playing with my fingers.
"I was staying with someone okay? I-i needed a break" I got out of the car, walking over to my front door.
I heard jahseh slam his car door, walking over to me.
He walked up behind me, brushing my hair away from my ear leaning in close.
"this conversation isn't over, we gone talk later"
Feeling his breath on my neck instantly gave me chills, I tried to brush it off so I could press the doorbell.
As I raised my finger to ring the door bell, jahseh grabbed onto my index finger.
I turned to face him with a confusing look.
"what are you doing?" I questioned.
"look, I don't know if this is a good idea-" he said, sounding hesitant.
"why? I'm just going to see my mom, what's the problem?"
He clenched his jaw, looking at the ground, holding my hand.
I looked at his hand in mine, looking back up at him with a concerned look.
"are you okay?" I questioned.
"let me take you somewhere" he said.
I raised my eyebrows at him.
"w-now?"
"Yes come on" he said pulling me towards his car.
