Not So Fine | Yoonmin

Chapter 1

"Everything's going to be fine, Jiminie. The world already loves you as you are and has loved everything you've put out for them. This comeback will be no different." Yoongi says down the line of the phone with a fond smile on his lips. Even if his heart is aching for the lack of not being able to be with his boyfriend on the night of his first comeback, just talking on the phone with the other is enough to have him feeling a little less guilty.

It's not his fault anyways, really. He hadn't planned for the night of his last tour date to coincide with the night of comeback stage in Seoul. He'd have canceled the show entirely for it coinciding, but both Jimin and Bang PD has argued otherwise. Jimin argued that he'd be able to handle the nerves of his first comeback while his boyfriend was performing in Japan that night, demanding that Yoongi not let his fans down. The elder gave in, but only with the agreement that the show would start earlier and end early so that he'd at least be able to watch Jimin perform on tv.

"I hope you're right. I couldn't stop practicing these last few days in fear of forgetting the choreography or messing up." Jimin sighs quietly from his end.

A knock came from the door of Jimin's dressing room, loud enough that both boys could hear it. Jimin glanced in the direction, watching as it was pushed open by a staff member.

"Mr. Park, it's time." The member informs him before stepping back outside.

"Take a few deep breaths, baby. You're going to wow every single person out there and watching, okay? I love you and I'll be watching. Make sure to take good care of yourself tonight. I don't want to come home to a broken boyfriend." Yoongi murmurs softly, giggling lightly at the end. Jimin cracks a smile at his mans sweetness.

"I love you too, hyung. I'll talk to you later and see you tomorrow." Jimin mumbles before ending the call.

With a deep breath, he exits the dressing room and makes his way to the stage. He runs into Taemin in the wing, receiving a quick and sweaty hug.

"Good luck out there, Chim! You'll do amazing." Taemin tells the younger with a smile before continuing on his way.

With a small nod to himself, Jimin braces himself as he braves the stage.

Jimin's in the midst of his performance when Yoongi's phone buzzes on the couch beside of him in his dressing room. The brunette doesn't even peel his eyes away from the tv screen as he picks the device up, only glancing away for a second so that he can figure out who's calling. It's with a huff that he answers when he finds that it's Namjoon.

"What do you need? Have you forgotten Jimin's performing right now?" Yoongi growls out, gaze locked back onto his boyfriends figure.

"Hyung, I know you really want to watch Jimin, but you've gotta look at this. You need to hop on twitter and check AllKpop's latest posts. You need to see this before Jimin does." Namjoon breathes out in rapid fire, making the elders eyes widen and a frown to form on his lips.

Reluctantly, Yoongi drags his gaze away from the television, putting the call on speaker as he does as the younger had instructed. His heart falls when he sees the latest three posts.

"Who in the fuck- What in the fuck- Oh fucking hell!" Yoongi bellows in a whine as tears begin forming in his eyes.

"You need to talk to Jimin as soon as he gets off that stage, hyung." Namjoon says worriedly for his best friend.

"No shit! Goddamn it, this is going to ruin everything! Today's our third year anniversary and-"

"I know, hyung, I know. I know you wanted to surprise him and that this is going to ruin your plans and the way everything comes off, but you and I both know this is more important." Namjoon guys the elder off.

Jimin's on a buzz when he finally steps off the stage. His entire body aches and he's exhausted and out of breath, but he's not the slightest bit concerned. He doesn't care because it felt good and he knows Yoongi got to watch and he knows everything will be fine. Yoongi will be here by the end of the day tomorrow, and he'll be able to cuddle up with him all night long.

And he couldn't be happier or more excited for it.

Though, his calm and quiet bliss is quickly broken as a staff member rushes to him with his phone in hand. Jimin begins to feel a bit out of it as he takes the device, watching the screen light up with another notification.

Yoonie: Baby you did so good! I'm so proud of you!
Yoonie: You did amazing! Please remember to take care of yourself tonight!
Yoonie: Jiminie, please call me as soon as you see this! It's really important, baby. I promise I love you so much.
Yoonie: Baby, please don't check twitter. I love you and I need to talk to you.

Yoonie: 7 missed calls; 3 voicemails

At the fear and nervousness of Yoongi's last text asking the younger not to check Twitter and the notifications from AllKpop, Jimin can't help himself as he numbly opens the app, nervous to find what has his boyfriend all panicked.
