It was fair to say that Jinyeong was scared. She didn't think that people could be this mean. And as much as she was scared, Jungkook was ten times that. He thought something might happen to her or her family which he had grown to love. He didn't want anything to happen. So, he did what any sensible boyfriend would do.
He took Jinyeong and the note to the office, much to her rejections, and showed them directly to the principle. Granted, the principle was very unhappy to be interrupted on the phone, but once she read the note, she hung up and started asking questions.
"Do you know who wrote these?" the principle asked.
"Um, no ma'am. I received some earlier this year but they stopped after a while." Jinyeong responded.
"Okay. Jinyeong, I would like for you to contact one of your parents and have them come pick you up. Jungkook, please head back to class." The principle picked up her phone to start making a call, Jungkook interruptded her again.
"Ma'am I really would like to stay with Jinyeong. I don't feel comfortable leaving her alone until her father gets here."
"No, Jungkook, I'm fine. I'll be fine sitting in the office."
"I still don't like the idea of you here alone, Jinyeong." Jungkook replied.
"Mister Jeon, I suggest you get back to class. If she's alright with staying in the office for a few minutes, it'll be fine. Now please, leave." The principle replied.
Jungkook huffed and took Jinyeong's hand, making sure she sat down right in front of the office so that if anything happened, someone could see her.
"Please text me when you get home." Jungkook said quietly.
"I will. You can go back. They'll find who did this and I'll be back by tomorrow. I'll call Namjoon or Yoongi to come get me." She replied earnestly.
"Call Yoongi. He's scarier when mad and might actually scream some sense into the principle." Jungkook said while looking back in the direction of the principle. He was beyond upset that she wasn't letting him stay with her. What if the person who wrote the note was still at school? God only knows what they might actually do to Jinyeong!
Jinyeong just giggled and held Jungkook's hand.
"I'll call Yoongi. Now go back before someone actually gets you in trouble." Jinyeong pushed him in the direction of his class, pretending not to see the pout that adorned his face.
Once she saw that he made it to his class, Jinyeong pulled out her phone.
Dialing Yoongi, she waited for him to pick up. On the third ring, she heard someone screaming for help.
Running towards the noise while waiting for Yoongi to pick up, she rounded a corner to see a girl, one she's never seen before, standing there with a smirk and a bat.
"Got you." The mysterious girl swung the bat and knocked Jinyeong unconscious. Dragging her away, the girl didn't notice that Jinyeong had dropped her phone. And Yoongi had not only picked up, but heard the girl hitting his sister with a bat.
