Somewhere in MichiganCali Hills raised her nose and took a big sniff of the air. The cresent shaped moon barely provided enough light but she could see just fine with her enhanced sense of sight. She kept sniffing until she got a faint scent of a rabbit not far from where she was. She ran towards the source, her feet barely making a sound until she reached a clearing. She looked around having lost the scent of the rabbit and nearly growled in frustration. She hadn't eaten anything in the past two days and although she could hold in her hunger for much longer, she had really hoped to enjoy her hunt.
She heard a faint whispering, too faint for even her supernatural hearing to catch the words and suddenly felt a strong grip on her neck. She tried to claw the thing on her neck away until she heard a loud feminine voice, "Stop shifter." She stopped at once even though all she wanted to do was the exact opposite. "Listen shifter, you work for me now," said the voice, "You will go to Willowbrook and find a witch by the name Aurianna Westminster. Bring her to me, dead or alive." Cali saw a vision of a teenage girl like herself with long raven black hair and a white ombre. The girl was beautiful and had deep purple eyes and extremely pale skin. She caught a whiff of lavender and set to work tracking down its owner-a certain Aurianna Westminster.

Aurianna's house
Willowbrook
WisconsinDanyall woke up Monday morning and nearly yelled for Mitch to stop making noise until she remembered-she was alone now. She got up and prepared herself for school. She locked her house and started wondering how she was to get to school on time without Lawrence and his car before she had an idea. Summoning her magic, she concentrated and closed her eyes. When she opened them, she smirked as she saw an ash coloured 2019 Aston Martin Vanquish. She got in and drove to school.
She parked her car and heard someone whistling as she got out. She looked up to see Ivy looking at her smugly. "Well someone's been using their magic wisely. Nice ride." Danny grinned, "Thanks. Where are the others?" "Already in class," Ivy replied, "we should go in, can't be late for Gunther's class again." Danny nodded and followed Ivy inside.
"Why did you decide to help me?" she blurted. It was a question she had been meaning to ask Ivy. She didn't seem like someone who would help anyone just for the sake of it but she had been by Danny's side throughout. Ivy shrugged, "For one, I really wanted to know what you were. Secondly, Vlad somehow convinced me and Arian to help. Plus, you're not that bad when you're not bumping into people." Danny rolled her eyes at that and Ivy chuckled. "Also," Ivy added, "just instinct I guess." Danny nodded and looked away. "But," she turned to look at Ivy who spoke, "before your mind starts going places, I really do want to help. You seem like a great friend and I don't leave my friends hanging." Danny smiled and Ivy returned it.
They reached their class and went in. Their friends were at the back excluding Jack and Pegasus who sat with the gods at the other side. Danny looked at the gods and saw Artemis' arms still in casts. Jack saw her first and nudged Pegasus to get his attention. The two waved at her and she waved back. Thalia turned to see who Pegasus was waving at and when she saw Danny, she immediately scowled and looked away. Ivy chuckled behind her, "Looks like someone's still mad. Come on, let's go to our seats."
They walked to their seats and sat down. "You guys need to see Princess' latest ride." Ivy said to them. "You got a car?" Thunder said with raised brows. Danny shrugged, "Maybe." Marcie tsked and shook her head, "Naughty, naughty. Using your magic for your own good." Danny raised her brows and Marcie laughed. Arian opened his mouth to say something when Miss Gunther entered the class. "Settle down students, let us continue from where we stopped." "Later." Danny whispered to Arian and he nodded.
