Chapter 22: ~Happy~

Lauren came home at 7 am after her shift, yawning as she made her way to Camila's room and saw an adorable sight: her boyfriend and her baby sister curled up together, taking that opportunity to snap a picture of them. She quickly placed a peck on both their foreheads before retiring to her own bedroom.

Damian was up and went to his and Lauren's room, he smiled seeing his girl asleep she deserved it after a long night. After Damian's talk with his brother last night he went online to find tickets for Disney. His family lived in Orlando so a road trip to see them seemed like the perfect opportunity to go to Disney as well.

Damian paid for the passes and left it as a surprise for the sisters when they woke up. Since he was a gentleman he cooked breakfast for Lauren and brought it up for her.

"Good morning," he said lovingly

"Good morning," Lauren yawned and kissed her boyfriend "thanks for breakfast"

"Are you working next Friday?"

"No why?" She said with a mouthful of pancake

"I suggest we take a road trip"

"Just us?"

"No, me, you, Mila, the girls, Mateo"

"Why the Sudden Interest in a road trip? Also where to?"

"Orlando"

"That's where your family is"

"Si, I would like you to meet them before we go to Disney"

"Babe, I don't know meeting your parents. Wait, Disney!?!?"

"I knew that would get you interested, I got them this morning. So is that a yes for the road trip?" he asked hopefully

"But your parents are they gonna like me?"

"They will,"

"Are you sure?" Lauren gave him a look

"Well, I love you so they should love you just as much,"

Damian took Camila out for lunch to ask her a very important question. He was nervous to ask but he knew he needed approval from her. The pair was munching on their sandwiches talking about soccer when Camila decided to jump into why they were there.

"So what's up?" she wiped her mouth with a napkin

Damian cleared his throat "I wanted to ask your permission for something?"

"And that would be?" she cocked an eyebrow

"Well uh, would it be alright with you if I-I um propose to Lauren?"

Camila was a bit shocked but then grinned "Sure you can propose to lolo" she said sarcastically. She always knew Lauren and him would be great friends but never married she just could never picture it.

Damian smiled and nodded. 'She agreed!!!' he said in his head not realizing Camila was not on board with the plan.

Camila sat in the car fiddling with her Ipad while the love birds finished packing up Damian's car. Then they saw Normani and Dinah pull up in their car, followed by Mateo and Ally. They all greeted each other than we're about to retire to their cars but Damian wanted to talk to the 4 of them. He asked Lauren to wait in the car while he told the 4 the 'directions'.

"So what the heck is going on?" Dinah questioned not knowing what the whole trip was for

"Yeah, why are we going on an impromptu road trip?" Mateo cleaned off his sunglasses
