Chapter 24: ~Im here~

Damian climbed into bed with Lauren. He could almost feel that something was wrong, well there was something wrong before but it seemed more intense now.

"Okay tell me what happened you were just fine before I went to shower" he placed his head on the pillow and faced Lauren who was staring at him with a frown on her face.

"Am I a bad sister?"

"What makes you say that?" Lauren grabbed the note off of her bedside table and put it on his face "Okay rude" he read it and quickly understood why his fiance was sad.

"I shouldn't have been so hard on her, she probably hates me right now"

Damian sat beside her "I think you both are just not seeing eye to eye right now"

"I'm just so confused, does Camila wanna leave me?" Her head was in her hands

"I don't think you should have me answer that question" Lauren nodded "you'll talk in the morning"

It was 3 in the morning and Lauren stirred when she heard the blinds rattle from the storm outside, with an exhausted huff she made her way to the window and shut it. As she was about to climb in bed she heard a faint sniffling coming from down the hall. She wrapped her robe around her before she went to investigate. She peered into Camila's room and found where the sniffling was coming from the girl was shaking while hiding under her covers. Another crack of lightning made the room light up and the rain got heavier.

Lauren sat on the bed and felt Camila's shaking stop. She grabbed the blanket and slowly saw Camila's tear-stained cheeks and her watery eyes. "Mila, it's okay" she climbed under the girl's covers and hugged her.

Camila although still not sure where she stood with her sister cuddled right back. She cringed again at the thunder that rang and hid her face in Lauren's side. Thinking fast she rubbed Camila's back and started singing
