Tw: Death, heavy kissing, car crash, nicknames that may be offensive to short people, worrying.

If you can't tell the picture up there is an obituary for Patton.

Virgil's POV

Virgil nervously fidgeted with one of the clicking pens. Patton calmly pulled Virgil down to his level.  "Don't worry. I'm sure they'll love you!" Patton punctuated this by pressing a light kiss to Virgil's nose. The boys were waiting in the parking lot outside of the center, waiting for their families to arrive.

"Do you think it will work? I mean there's only a eleven percent chance of failure but if my parents think reasonably and know the basic laws of economics then it decreases the chance of failure down to a three percent, however if for some reason my parents are homophobic then the chances would rise to a sixty-seven percent chance of failure, not that that is a high likelihood due to the fact that they have yet to shun my aunts who have both married females such as themselves." Roman took his chance to speak as Logan paused his rant to take a deep breath.

"It's going to be fine. My mom's gonna blow your parents away." Roman reassuringly rubbed Logan's arm, pressing a short kiss to his lips.

A blue minivan pulled into the parking lot closely followed by an orange and green van. A young woman got out of the minivan opening the van door to let two ten year olds out. Virgil smiled and rushed over to them. "Hey are you Rebecca Sanderson?"

"No, my name's Tamara Sanderson, Rebecca Sanderson is my wife. You must be-"

"VIRGIL!" The two ten year olds yelled excitedly, rushing over to their older brother.

"Missy, Parker! It's so good to see you guys!" Virgil swept his younger siblings into his arms.

"Virgil? Is that you?" Another boy called from the other side of the car.

"He's right over there. You want me to lead you over?" Rebecca slowly lead the small boy over to his older brother.

"Hey Imag," Virgil gently placed a hand on the blind boy's shoulder after placing his siblings down. Imag ran his hands along Virgil's arm, feeling the soft fabric of his hoodie. "It's been a while, hasn't it." Imag felt up to Virgil's face before launching himself into his brother's arms.

"It really is you!" Missy and Parker both joined in the group hug, enveloping both the blind and the protective boy in a cocoon of love.

Patton's POV

Patton watched Virgil pick up two of the kids before he heard a familiar voice. "Hey squirt!" Trey, one of Patton's older brother's, called out to him. Patton looked at the orange and green van to see his entire family waving him over.

"That's your whole family?" Roman asked Patton as he started making his way over to his family.

"Yea, why?" Patton stopped looking back at the couple.

"We were just surprised to find that neither your parents or your siblings share your small stature." Logan cut in for Roman when he saw that his boyfriend didn't know how to best ask the small young man. Patton thought for a minute. They had a point. He was the only one in his family who was under six foot. He knew he took after his mother, as she was the only other one who shared his more petite figure.

"Come on midget! What's taking so long!" Patton hurried over to his family as a smart looking car pulled into the parking lot.

Patton flung himself into their arms. "I'm so glad that you could all make it! We're gonna have so much fun!"

"Sounds great pipsqueak." Alex, Patton's oldest brother, ruffled Patton's hair, causing the younger to let out a peal of giggles.

"So where's your boyfriend?" Trey teased.

"Oh! He's just over-" Patton cut off when he realized that Virgil and the children were no longer by the minivan. "Well he WAS over there playing with his younger siblings." Patton noticed that Alex was no longer looking at him but the space above and behind him. "What are you looking at?"

"Oh nothing." Alex shook his head, staring Patton down.

"I don't trust yo- EEK!" Patton squealed when he felt a strong pair of arms wrap around him and pick him up. He struggled, trying to break free.

"Calm down Patton, it's only me." Patton relaxed when he heard it was his boyfriend who had picked him up. Virgil pressed a quick kiss to Patton's cheek before setting him down.

Roman's POV

Logan watched as his parents pulled into the parking lot. "There are my parents." Logan made no attempt to go and greet his parents as the other two boys had done. Roman noticed Logan's hesitance.

"It's ok Logan. I'll be here every step of the way." Roman wrapped his arm around Logan's neck in a supporting manner as his parents came over.

"Ah Logan. I don't exactly see why we're going on this frivolous exchange, but Richard said it would be good for our image so here we are." Logan's mother was straight to the point.

"Well the reason why I had this arranged was to put forth a proposition." Logan looked at Mrs Braun for her approval. After getting a nod he continued. "My proposition is to end the current arrangement that you have with the Morgensterns in favor of a more beneficial one with my boyfriend and his family." Logan and his mother started debating, pulling up pros and cons, Logan having prepared an answer to any drawbacks that may arise.

"You're Roman Prince, correct?" Roman straightened when he found himself the object of attention for Logan's father.

"Yes sir."

"I'm a huge fan of your work. I quite enjoyed 'The Child King' it's a shame that the series had to end."

Roman was speechless. He didn't expect them to know who he was, much less have watched him and become invested in the story. "We-well you obviously haven't shared your interest with your son. He didn't know I was even a movie actor until I told him."

Roman and Mr Braun bonded over their mutual love for 'The Child King' until a long limousine pulled into the parking lot. Roman jogged over as the chauffeur opened the door for his father. "Roman, your mother wishes she could be here but the studio simply cannot run without her."

"Of course! How could it run without the scripts being constantly rewritten by a mad woman!" Roman hugged his father as they laughed together. Everyone piled into the limo, the adults bunching together on one side to talk and share embarrassing stories about their children.

Patton fell asleep on Virgil's lap and the kids were molding clay in the middle. Roman was the first to break the awkward silence that had fallen. "I'm board."

"Want me to tell a joke?" Virgil was met with nods and a couple of sures from the other teens. "So the joke goes like this; boy one, or in this case I'll be replacing the boys with us so Patton, and the rest of us get in a crash. Logan, Roman, and me die instantaneously. Patton survives about a day but also ends up dying. Patton goes to heaven and asks the angel showing him around where the rest of us went. The angel's like sure and takes Patton to a room where he sees Logan making out with the ugliest woman imaginable. Patton asks why this is happening. The angel responded with: 'Logan did some bad things in life so this is his punishment.' Patton accepted it and asked where Roman and I were. Patton was lead to another room where I was making out with a somehow even uglier woman. When asked the angle responded with the same answer again. ' Virgil did some really bad things in his life so this is his punishment.' Again Patton accepted it and moved on and asked where Roman was. When they reached Roman's room they found him making out with a supermodel. Patton asked why Roman was making out with the model. The angel responded: 'Well she done some pretty bad things in her life so this is her punishment.'" Roman acted extremely offended while Patton's brothers burst out laughing. Logan even cracked a small smile.

The joke was one that my art teacher told us. He thoroughly roasted one of the kids in my class.

If you didn't know I am publishing a random thoughts book where I will be putting some of the bizarre things that race thru my head.
