Tw: talk of murder, panic attack, kissing, and I think that's it.

No-one's POV

Everyone wandered around the set, waiting for Luna to arrive. Logan and Roman were chatting to Jackie while Virgil held Patton tightly. He had refused to let his boyfriend go ever since he had come out in his full costume and makeup.

"I'm back!" Luna sang out as she burst thru the doors. Everyone made their way onto set, a pair of backstage specialists helped Patton put on his wings. The flocks of makeup specialists fled the set. "Alright everyone we will be doing the second to last scene where Pathos's is finally set free." Everyone on set nodded, Roman and Jackie walked off to the side of the set while Virgil helped Patton clamp the chains loosely around his wings. "Virgil, Vivian, vvvvvvv, you are over here! I need you to be big menacing demon person!" Giggles broke out thru the cast at Luna's sheer laziness. "It's ppppp's job to be the adorable one." Virgil rolled his eyes but stood up a little straighter anyways. "And action!"

Virgil stalked towards were Logan was faking unconsciousness. "Don't murder him!" Jackie stepped thru the prop doorway. "I want to do that." Patton couldn't hold it together and started giggling uncontrollably.

"I'm s-sorry, I'm really bad at keeping a straight face." Patton stuttered thru the giggles.

"Eh, don't worry, if we didn't have bloopers then the grueling process of filming would be much less tolerable!" Jackie straightened up, doing a little jig off the set and sending Patton into another fit of giggles.

"I'm sorry! Whenever I'm told to not laugh I can't help but laugh!" Patton tried to control his giggles. "Come on Patton, ya gotta be sad. Sad puppies, sad puppies. Sad puppies that don't get treats." Virgil giggled at Patton's odd technique. "Nooooooo, you can't giggle Virgil, that makes me happy, I can't be happy!" By this time most of the cast was at least smiling.

"Come on everyone. We've got to get filming become Luna gets another idea."

"I could kill Pathos off!"  Luna's suggestion was met with a chorus of 'no's. "Fine... Anyways, back to the top!" Logan re-situated himself and the scene started again.

Virgil's POV

"Don't kill him!" Jackie stepped thru the door whilst Virgil walked towards Logan.

"I'm not gonna kill him." Virgil kept his voice monotone. "Just wake him u-"

"CUT!" Luna yelled out waving her hands erratically. "Virgil, Virgil, Virgil, love what you're doing with the character but I need to see more passion! Pathos is Vivian's... What did we end up deciding on? Boyfriend? Husband? Mate? Anyways his lover of some sort, and he recently found out that Dr S had been hurting him, yea? How would you feel?" Virgil opened his mouth to answer but Luna cut him off before he got a word out. "You would be angry! You would want payback on the one who had caused him that pain!" Virgil instantly thought of Dominic. The pain that he had caused Patton. Luna saw the new emotion bursting from Virgil's eyes. "Good! Keep thinking of whatever you're thinking of! Let's do it again from the top!" Luna walked off set as the scene started again.

Virgil stalked towards Logan. "Don't kill him!"  Virgil whipped dramatically around to see Jackie standing in the prop doorway.

Virgil just rolled his eyes. "I'm not going to kill him, just wake him up." Virgil placed his palm directly on Logan's forehead. He opened his eyes with an overdramatic gasp.  "Wakey, wakey." Logan tensed, causing himself to shake as Virgil stared him down. "Not so cocky now, are ya!" Logan frantically shook his head. "Now, you're going to do exactly what I say. If you do good enough I may let you keep your life." Logan nodded enthusiastically. "Good, now let Pathos go!" Logan scrambled over to the corner where he started quickly pretending to scratch out the demonic runes before using a small key to release the Patton's angel wings. Virgil and Patton rushed to eachother, Virgil pulling his boyfriend into a short passionate kiss. After they parted Virgil's eyes widened.

'I just kissed Patton. I JUST KISSED PATTON FOR REAL!'

'You messed it up, he's gonna hate you. He'll think that you are just using him because you want affection.'

Virgil looked down at his stunned boyfriend, his breathing getting shorter and shorter. "I'm sorry, I didn't- " Virgil bolted of set finding himself in one of the small costume closets.

'He hates you! He thinks that you're using him just like Dominic did! You're no better than him! You forced him into something that he wasn't ready for yet!' Virgil curled himself into a ball, tears streaking down his face as he was bombarded by his own thoughts. It felt like forever before he heard the muffled sound of the door opening. He was confused by the lack of light. He should be able to see, shouldn't he? He felt a light hand on his shoulder.

"Virgy?" Virgil could barely make out Patton's voice, but he clung to the whisper. "It's gonna be alright, you just need to breath." Virgil tried to steady his breathing but it wasn't working! His body was betraying him! "It's alright Virgil just try to do it with me." Patton lead Virgil's head into his chest and did his best to hold his larger boyfriend. "In.... And out. Its ok if it takes you a couple of tries." Virgil tried to shakily follow Patton's directions but couldn't seem to hold it for an entire breath.

'You're such a failure. You can't even breath right. Why would he ever love you? You're probably just a pity case.' Virgil took a sharp breath inward, determined to hold it this time. He succeeded and used his newfound success to take a few more slow breaths, effectively calming him down.

"You're doing great, just keep breathing." Patton ran his fingers thru Virgil's hair. "Do you want to tell me what triggered this? It's fine if you don't."

"I-I kissed you..... I didn-n't ask- I forced you-"

"You didn't force me to do anything."

"But I-" Virgil's stuttering stopped as his lips were met with Patton's. He instantly melted into the kiss.

~Time skipity scop~

Jackie opened the closet door to find Patton and Virgil culled up against the old costumes. "Guys! You've been hiding for three hours! We need to get back to filming!"

Virgil waved him off only responding with a mumbled, "Shut up squishy potato."

You know most people have a good excuse when they just suddenly stop updating for 3-4? Weeks. You know depression is hitting them hard, really bad writers block, stress. I have Disney+. Literally the entire reason I haven't updated.

I'm a mess of procrastination. I have someone to be my anxiety for me. Thank you TheSongGirl9 for actually annoying me until I get things done.
