Ch. 5 "Moonstone"

                                                                Kylie POV

so while Damon went off to god knows where I was walking in the woods with Stefan,

"Sorry for earlier, I'm not normally like that," I said as I walked with him 

"It's alright Kylie you know it's okay to be scared," Stefan said looking down at me 

I just shrug 

"So what did Mason mean by what you are," Stefan asked 

"Beats me," I said 

he was about to say something but then we came to a well we both look down in it,I hear someone running behind us, 

I see a teen girl with straight brown hair and doe eyes,

"What's going on? and whose this?" She said 

"you shouldn't be here, and this is Kylie," Stefan said 

"Kylie this is Elena," He said 

I waved at her smiling she smiled back 

"I know but I am what's going on?" Elena asked 

"Bonnie thinks the Moonstone is down here," Stefan said 

Stefan pulls the lock off the Iron grating he then takes the grating off the top of the wall he turns on the flashlight we all look down the well he sighs and looks at Elena he jumps onto the edge of the well and Elena hands him the flashlight,

"Hey be careful," Elena said 

I nodded looking at him with worried eyes 

"I'll only be down there for a minute," Stefan said 

Stefan jumps into the well Elena holds her breath but when she hears the splash she breathes out 

"Elena!! Kylie!" Stefan screams 

"Stefan!" We both scream 

"Elena!! Kylie!!" Stefan screams again 

"What's happening?!" I scream 

"What's going on in there!" Elena screams 

"Vervain oh god help!" Stefan screams 

I pick up a heavy chain on the ground Caroline rushes to help me, 

"Caroline Stefan is down there!" Elena said 

as they were busy I jumped down in the well 

"Kylie!" I hear Elena and Caroline scream 

"Send down the chain!" I yelled 

I wrap the chain around Stefan, 

"Okay pull him up!" I yelled 

I smell the water trying to pick up Mason's scent if he had the moonstone his greasy paws would be all over it and his scent would I go under finding the box, 

"I found it!" I said 

they throw the chain back down and I grab it, 

"Okay pull me up," I said 

                             Later that night 

"Wow, this place is huge," I said looking around 

Stefan chuckled 

"This way," He said 

I followed him 

"I didn't know we were giving school tours," Damon said 

I cross my arms glaring at him 

"you might want to thank her Damon,"Stefan said 

Damon arched his brow 

Stefan nudged me with his elbow, 

"Oh right," I said pulling out the stone from my back pocket tossing it to him 

"She's the one who found it," Stefan said 

"All this for that?" Damon said looking at the stone 

"Yup" Stefan said 

"I see you've exercised your usual restraint," Stefan said 

"Had to be done," Damon said 

I stretched my arms above my head 

"Well boys it's been fun but I better get home before my parents freak out," I said 

"I can give you a ride if you want?" Stefan said 

"Sure, I'd like that," I said smiling
