"WHO WOULD EVEN waste so much time in a relationship?"—that's what a typical douchebag would say to their friends while hanging out during the weekends. Fortunately, Bakugo Katsuki wasn't an uncultured swine when it comes to that matter. Despite having brows that could almost fist-bump one another 24/7, eyes that may or may not contain murderous intent and unsolvable anger issues, he was actually one of the most decent men you could end up with, believe it or not.
"Morning," Kirishima greeted cheerfully as he made his way over to Bakugo, who was ironically frowning at something he was doing on his desk. He pretended that he wasn't hearing everything, and continued to work on what he was doing.
The red-haired lad only smiled at the silence Bakugo emitted. Typical. Classes started quite early in the morning too, so it was most likely he woke up on the wrong side of the bed like always. Anyway. He sat down next to him, and just minded his own business until the professor started class.

Bakugo swore he could hear the annoying sound of Denki's voice as soon as the professor walked out of the room, greeting him or saying some stupid shit like he always does with Kirishima or Mina. Come to think of it, they were all the same—noisy, annoying as hell, and just plain uninteresting. But despite his angry episodes (that happen almost 90% of the time), they still hung around him. He doesn't know why, and he didn't want to question it.
"Yo, Bakugo, Kirishima!" Yelled Denki from across the room. Ah, so he wasn't imagining things then. The exuberant boy made his way towards the two with his usual bright smile. Mina tagged along too, however, she seemed occupied with her phone.
Kirishima went ahead to give the yellow-haired boy a pat on the back. "Yo," he says. "I'm just waiting for Bakugo to finish what he's doing."
Curious, Denki leaned towards the direction where Bakugo's eyes were cast upon to take a look for himself. An iPad was hidden perfectly behind his book bag placed on his desk, and it was featuring a poorly-lit screen. The boy had to squint his eyes to get a better look.
"Woah, that your girlfriend?" Asked Denki, which made the others gasp in unison. He then smiled afterwards, leaning closer to say, "she's cute."
Bakugo, however, did not take the blonde's statement as a compliment, but rather as something negative. He lets out his infamous 'tsk', and glared at him from the corner of his eye. "I know. Now shut up before you wake her."
"Wait," Mina chimed in, now interested in what was happening. "You have a girlfriend?" She asks, almost accusingly, but she was just surprised to be able to include the two words in a sentence. Bakugo didn't come across as someone with a girlfriend at all.
"Like I said, yeah."
Kirishima chuckles, both hands on his waist. "He's not even raising his voice! Guys, this is the power of a girlfriend."
"They're life-changing," Denki sighs, looking dreamy and lovesick at the same time, kind of similar to the Yaranaika face. "Women are God's greatest invention, I swear."
"The thing that amazes me is that Bakugo can draw." Sero suddenly chimes in. He's been there since the start. "Like, I never knew he had the talent for art."
Kaminari began to frown. He crossed his arms, saying, "Is that what you've been working on the whole time?"
"Yeah." Bakugo replied, not even bothering to look up, or notice that they were all huddling around him as he continued to draw the sleeping girl. His hands were quick to move; he was afraid that she'd wake up anytime soon, and then he wouldn't be able to finish his drawing of her. Worse—she asks him what he was doing after all those hours he stayed in the call.
Denki, like the hopeless boy he was when it came to any aspect of love, he was the first to inquire about the mysterious lady. It intrigued him, wanting to know how in the world they got together. "So... how did you two meet?"
The boy sighed. "Online."
The blonde had a puzzled look on his face. He expected something a little more interesting, since this was Bakugo; stories that involved him held some kind of awesome-ness in them. It was strange for one of his stories to be normal. "That's it? Like, did you two just chat and ended up together?"
Creases on the boy's forehead deepened. It was clear that he's trying his best to suppress his anger towards his nosy friends for the sake of what he was doing. His fingers were itching to stop drawing and just punch everyone's faces like he always did, but for now, he needed to keep his composure. Maybe just this once, for his girlfriend.
Mina elbowed Denki to shut him up. "Can you stop talking? Respect the Katsuki Bakugo's official girlfriend."
He almost cracked a grin at the thought of what Mina said. The Katsuki Bakugo's official girlfriend. It seemed like he had many, by the way she said it, but she was the only one right now. "It's a long story. Now shut up before you wake her."
Sero nodded, "He's right. We should go get lunch at the crib soon, or else the seniors'll take away everything." The crib was what the college kids called the cafeteria. It held no reason why; they just felt like calling it. Perhaps it sounded cool.
The blonde boy sighed in defeat, with tiny sparks of electricity crackling at the tips of his fingers. He then smiled, and slapped his occupied friend's back gently before hoisting his bag on his shoulder.
"Have fun, bro. We're gonna ask you so many questions back in the dorm." He said, "see you later."
Bakugo grunted as a response, and turned to face his screen again, this time smiling. He was the only person left in the room, so it's probably alright. She looks so peaceful, he thought, closing his notebook and set it aside. The girl suddenly snored.
"What an idiot," he said, chuckling to himself quietly.
