Third Person's P.O.V
You all were walking out of the building and tried to find out where the knight had run off to. Elizabeth stayed beside Hawk talking about Diane. You were close to Meliodas but was hesitant on speaking to him. You were afraid.
"You okay N/n?" Meliodas asked cheerfully while he gently held your hand and it made your cheeks redden.
"I'm fine-!" Moments later Meliodas began to grope your breasts with a smile on his face.
"I know you're not okay~ Talk to me about it N/n~!" Meliodas whined and you became even more flustered than before. You punched him to the ground and huffed at him.
"Stupid...you always leave me! That's why..." You muttered softly and looked away from Meliodas as you felt tears of frustration fall from your eyes.
"Lady Y/n..." Elizabeth spoke softly and you clenched your fist in anger. You hated that Meliodas would risk his life for you.
"You're cruel...Meliodas.." You spoke lowly and continued to walk ahead without being next to Meliodas who kept his calm expression. In the inside, he felt sad you acted this way with him.
"Y/n wait!" Hawk shouted but you keot walking but soon a pair of arms yanked you towards their chest. It was Meliodas protecting you from an attack against the knight from before.
"Meliodas...!" You blurted out with a slight blush creeping it's way towards your cheeks.
"N/n is mine y'know? I won't let you have her~!" Meliodas spoke happily and tried to punch the knight who suddenly vanished and appeared behind Elizabeth.
"Princess Elizabeth!!" You shouted and right as the knight grabbed hold of her, Hawk pushed him away.
"Why you..!" The knight was getting frustrated with himself for not taking one of us already.
"Nice going porky~!" Meliodas chuckled and kept you close to him as you blushed staring into his emerald eyes.
"There you are Sir Golgius! I've been looking for you!!" Doctor Dayna shouted with his panicked expression. You got out of Meliodas' grasp and ran towards Elizabeth to protect her. Meliodas and Hawk stood before you two so both of you could be safe.
"Doctor get away from there!" Meliodas suddenly shouted and the knight appeared behind the doctor.
"I'll reunite you with your daughter~ In the afterlife that is!" Golgius stabbed the doctor causing blood to drip out of Dayna's mouth.
"No!!" You shouted and ran towards the doctor once the knight vanished. You held the doctor's body in your arms with a worried expression.
"N/n! We need to escape! We don't know when that knight is gonna show up!!" Meliodas shouted firmly but you shook your head while narrowing your eyes towards him.
"We can't just let this man die!" You shouted seriously and moments later the knight appeared behind you.
"Lady Y/n!!" Elizabeth blurted out to warn you and seconds later Meliodas blocked another one of Golgius' attacks.
"That guy won't quit!" Hawk whined and you looked at the doctor who was still unconscious. He was losing more blood by the second.
"Let's go!!" Meliodas shouted and yanked you away from the doctor. You hesitated but still ran with him.
"Lady Y/n are you alright!?" Elizabeth asked kindly as you nodded. You still were worried about the doctor even if he tried to kill Meliodas. He was doing all he could to save his daughter...he reminded you of your father. Every second the knight tried to swing his sword towards you but Meliodas kept blocking it. Eventually you all reached an abandoned building.
"Sir Meliodas will we be safe here?" Elizabeth asked softly as he quickly swinged his sword above the floor.
"Yup~!" Meliodas smiled cheerfully while you stared out the place where a window should be.
"What the hell did you do?" Hawk questioned as Elizabeth laughed at their friendly bickering.
"Just a spell to keep him from coming here~" Meliodas chuckled while smiling even more. You wanted to go back to save the doctor even if Meliodas rather let him die than you.
"Since when are you able to use magic!?" Hawk rolled his eyes at the cheerful blonde who was keeping an eye on you the whole time. He wanted to do anything he could to protect you.
"He could randomly pop between us out of the blue~" Meliodas teased as Hawk shook in fear at the thought of that happening.
"Good guess~ Try behind you!" Golgius appeared behind Meliodas so suddenly you couldn't move.
"Sir Meliodas!" Elizabeth blurted out and was confused once Meliodas began to laugh.
"Good guess~ Try under you!" Meliodas smirked playfully and moments later the knight fell through the floor.
"Meliodas..." You muttered as he jumped down to join the knight down below.
"That spell earlier..." Elizabeth trailed off as she now realized what Meliodas was up to. He had set up a trap.
"Stupid idiot! He could get hurt...!" You shouted and jumped down the hole ignoring the screams of Elizabeth and Hawk. You wanted to help Meliodas in anyway you could.
"...Meliodas...I'm coming..." You thought to yourself and imagined Meliodas' smile that made you feel all warm inside. You felt grateful to him..
