"Ya Lalisa don't be dumb today and get your head hurt again alright?" Jisoo said since I asked her if she can drop me off of Jennie's house today
"I wont don't worry chu" I said as she nods and I get out of the car. I went straight to their place and knocked. After a couple of minutes Jennie open it up with her bags with her. I was shocked when she immediately greeted me with a wide gummy smile and a kiss on my lip. Well... that's fast. I'm still not used to it
"Good morning to you too" I said making her chuckle. I get her bag from her as we made our way towards the parking lot and go straight to her car.
We barely talk inside the car since Jennie got a call from the hospital but she held my hand while she's on a phone call just so I won't feel like she's not giving attention towards me.. but she's just clingy in general.
When we arrived at the hospital she hooked her arm on mine as we walk inside. And since we're together and this close some nurses started looking and also some doctors

"Good morning Doctor Manoban" one of the nurse with her group of friend says I look over at them and gave them a smile then Jennie turn her head to look at them as well but it cause them to look away so I look towards Jennie and she's just giving them that straight cold face
"You're scaring them" I said once we went out of the elevator
"You should be scared too having that confidence of still flirting when you're next to me" she said "I'll be late so I'm gonna go now.. no flirting Manoban" she said pointing towards me while squinting her eyes
"I won't.. I'll see you later" I said she then hugged me and this time she's the one who reached out to kiss my lips quickly before she go towards her office.
I basically just did some checkups here and there and I tried to keep myself busy but I also made sure to rest once in a while since I still need that. When lunch time came I got done pretty early so I go towards my friends first but they're all busy so I go straight to the emergency room. And there some nurse greeted me again but I just nodded back to them since Jennie might be around.
"Doctor Manoban who are you looking for?" A nurse asks so I turn towards them to answer them back
"Doctor Kim.. is she still operating or something? " I asked
"She's just checking up some patients.. do you need anything from her Doctor Manoban? I can just ask her for it so I can give it to you" the nurse says while smiling widely
"She's just visiting her girlfriend what about it?" Jennie says walking towards us then immediately clinging at me. I can see how embarassed the nurses are and also how shocked they are about Jennie's confession. "Are you done with work already?" Jennie asks making me look at her and since she's clinging to me then our face are just a couple inches apart
"Yeah I just checked if you wanted to go have lunch already" I said
"But I have tons of work" she said pouting making me look at the other people around which is basically nurses who's looking at Jennie like they saw a miracle. Jennie's being all cute here and the workers aren't used at that
"You cant take a short break?" I asked looking back at her again as she didn't break her stare at me
"Nope I still have to check some people up" she said and I started hearing murmurs from the nurse that some are suspicious about these since they barely saw me and Jennie together and knowing that we're dating now doesn't really make sense to them
"I'll go get you something for lunch alright? I'll be back baby" I said kissing her forehead.. I just don't want people to be suspicious towards Jennie. She might act tough infront of her coworkers but doesn't mean she's the strongest person to handle all of their gossips. Jennie smiles at my little affection as I go.
I basically just bought something from the building so I can still use the company's card cause I still don't have money as usual and I also get myself a sandwich like Jennie's before going back to their department.
When I went back the nurse told me that Jennie's on her office so I go straight there and saw Irene inside as well
"Oh Hi Jennie's girlfriend" she said with a smirk on her face making me shake my head as I chuckle
"Oh Hi to you too Jennie's bestfriend" I replied making her laugh. I guess Jennie told her by now since she seems to be all fine with it "have you eaten lunch already? I just bought two sandwich cause I wasn't expecting you and also since I just used the company's card" I said while placing the paper bag down on the table "here" I said giving Irene my sandwich and giving Jennie hers
"You shouldve asked for my card" jennie says making me look at her
"No I won't spend you money"
"You don't know how much bags, clothes, jewelries you have given me when you're working back when we're in new zealand I mean almost all of your salary go straight to every gift you give to me" she said
"Jennie earns a bunch of money so you don't have to worry about that" Irene says but still it doesn't feel right if ill spend her money
"Babe here" I look towards Jennie and she gave me half of her sandwich so I can eat
"Oh god I can't handle this" Irene says and stood up "Ill go ahead.. thanks for this lisa " she said before walking out.
"You can have it" I tell Jennie but she shake her head
"Go eat that up or ill send you to the operating room immediately "
