"Can someone order food?" Bambam says while sitting at the floor with Jackson and Seulgi. So basically Jisoo, Seulgi, Bambam, Jackson, Chaeyoung, Irene and Jennie are all in my room sadly Eunwoo won't be here cause he went on a vacation with his family. I just told them about everything i remember then Chaeyoung told me to check out the hospital i stayed in after my accident. Mom doesnt know it since she's just there that time for a week of vacation and she dont know what's the hospital name.
"Ill order" Jisoo says standing up and going out of my room. Irene's right next to Seulgi Bambam, Jackson, Jisoo and Chaeyoung are sitting on the floor with all individual laptops. I'm sitting at my bed with Jennie sitting in between my legs. Irene and Jennie are actually doing some work stuff but they chose to just do it here.
"Lisayah we have 5 hospital near the accident so we'll check one by one" Seulgi says while her other hand's holding Irene's hand... this couple doesnt really let go of each other dont they?
"Look for the nurses or doctors who worked there during the span of my accident " I said while also looking at my phone since i cant even put laptop on my lap since Jennie's sitting right in between
After a short while Jisoo went back inside the room since she stayed outside for like 20 minutes but she already waited for the foods to be delivered. I look away from my phone and turn my head to look at Jennie who's too busy with her work while her back's leaning on me. I placed a kiss on her shoulder and cheek catching her attention. She turn to look at me to give me a kiss on the lips.
"How was it?" She asks rubbing her hand on my thigh while looking at me
"I don't know yet... I'm quite nervous tho" I said honestly making Jennie nod in understanding.
"Atleast you'll gain your memory back... that's what's important" I nodded towards her and she kissed my lip again before going back to what she was doing. I look down at my phone to keep on searching
"Lisayah.. this one hospital may be it" Bambam says as she stand up and walk towards the bed making everyone look at us. He placed his laptop right beside me and he started scrolling through it "they have some contact information so maybe we can ask them about these 3 doctors who was assigned at the emergency room that time" he said so i nodded while he put down the number on his phone. The others walk towards us as well dropping down everything that they're doing same goes for Irene and Jennie.
The phone started ringing when Bambam dialled it and in two rings a girl answered the phone "hello, Auckland City Hospital may I help you?" a young woman voice says
"Hi may I ask some question about some patient you had a few years ago?" Bambam says while we're all looking at the phone like we're really talking infront of the girl
"What specific accident and date may i ask?" She says so Bambam explained what accident and date it was then the girl told us to hang on while she think about it "are you referring to a accident of a 16 wheeler truck running over a black car?" She asks. Bambam look towards us for confirmation
"Yeah she was using a black car back then" Jennie confirmed
"I believe Dr. William handled the patient back then" the girl said.. and i feel like as closer we get to the person who knew what happened the closer I get reminded by everything
"Is Dr. William still working there? May we talk to him?" Bambam says once again
"Sir sorry, Dr. William no longer work here and i heard he died because of a heart failure last year" the girl says making me sigh but Jennie rub my leg to comfort me a bit
"Does Dr. William have any family members?" Chaeyoung butt in
"Oh.. yes he has a wife" the nurse says "I need to ask her first if she'll want me to give you her contact information" she said politely so Bambam said that we'll wait. "I'll just call you back sir after a couple of minutes" she said once again before they hang up.
"Let's eat first " Jackson said since Jisoo's at the corner eating the chickens alone. Jackson grab the container away from Jisoo so he can give everyone else.
"Don't worry about it jagiya.. it'll be fine" Jennie says seeing me worried about everything so I just nodded at her
Atleast 20 minutes later Bambam received a phone call so we all gathered right at the bed once again to listen.
"Sir, Ms. Carla let me hand out her contact information to you" she said making me smile somehow and same goes for the others. They wrote down the number she gave and we all said thanks to her before hanging up. Bambam gave me the number so I can be the one who will call the wife of my doctor back then expecting that she'll somehow share something that will help me
I breathe in and out before calling Ms. Carla. A couple of rings before she answered the call "hello?" An old lady speaks out
"Hi, I'm Lisa. I was a patient of your former husband.. im sorry for your loss" I said respectfully
"Hi dear, it's all fine now. How are you? How can I help you?"
"I'm better Ms. Carla it's just that.. after the accident i lost my memory and I decided to call you expecting that it'll somehow help me gain back my memory"
"Were you the one who's in an accident of a truck and car? William did told me about it."
"Yes ma'am... do you know something about it?" I asked almost desperately
" He's always talking about this certain patient who lost her memory. He said that you were severely damaged that time. He was also there to explain to the police that you got an amnesia so basically the police talked to him.. they told him that you weren't drunk driving but you had a phone call before the accident. You have the call through your speaker so the accident wasnt you fault"
"Did he said who I'm talking to over the phone?" I asked
"I think it's someone's mom... like was it Jamie's mom.. something like that"
"Jennie's mom?" Jennie said
"There exactly... Jennie's mom"
(Note: so I'll update either Saturday or Sunday and it'll be a double update meaning on Saturday or Sunday the story will come to an end... why will i double update in one day? So that if you'll get a happy ending or sad ending then you can just read it all in one go)
