Jackson's POV
"Jackson am I asking for too much?!" Lisa yelled at me dramatically while Bambam, Chaeyoung and Eunwoo are laughing.
"Alright fine!! Do you have your monthly period damn!" I said scratching my head as I walk out of Eunwoo's office. Basically Lisa's just telling me to buy her some chocolate milk. That girl can ruin my sanity sometimes. I walk towards the vending machine and put my hand on both of my coat pockets but I dont have any bill or coins. I then inserted my hand on my pants pocket and there's this single bill in there which is enough for one chocolate milk. I grab it and insert it on the machine as i push down the chocolate milk.
"Fuckkk" the machine just ate my bill. I shake the maching and kicked it but it won't drop any drink. That's the only bill I have. I walk out of there since some patients are looking at me like I'm a crazy doctor for fighting with a machine. I was about to go pass the fire exit but i heard a yell so i open it up and peek at the lower level of the stairs and saw Jennie on her phone
"I told you Song isn't here!" She yelled out again making me furrow my brows... why are they talking about Song? "Why do you even want to meet him?" She said angrily "song isn't here so there's no use if you'll go here today! And I swear I wont even go to you even if you're on your way here" she said and before she can even hang up and turn around I closed the door and run towards Eunwoo's office.
"Lisayah!" I said once i opened the door making them all look towards me
"Why the hell are you back without my drink?!" She yelled out but i wave my hand while catching my breath
"Listen to me first" I said and inhale and exhale as I just run from there "I heard Jennie talking with her parents on the phone"
"So you're eavesdropping " Bambam said making them squint their eyes suspiciously towards me
"That's not what I'm trying to say!"
"I never knew you're the eavesdropping type of person Jackson" Eunwoo added making me scratch my head once again
"Hear me out first! I heard Jennie talking to her parents on her phone. She said that they're coming over because they wanted to meet Song " I said and I saw that Lisa is somehow skeptical about what i just said
"Song Kang? The doctor linked with Jennie?" Chaeyoung asked making me nod my head
"What for?" Lisa asks
"I dont know neither but let's go down to find out" I said making Bambam and Eunwoo stand up ready to go with me. Lisa just stayed sitted as she's still thinking
"Is Song even here?" She asks once more
"I think he'll be coming over cause some of the nurse from my department said that they have another meeting for the end of their promotion stuff" Chaeyoung said "i think noon time" she added making me look at my wrist watch
"Perfect it's almost 12 and her parents is on the way" I said so Bambam pulled Lisa up from her seat so we can go down at the hospital lobby
"Lalisa don't be too hard headed now. I like you but... I'm letting you eavesdrop on their conversation cause I know you like Jennie " Eunwoo says while helping Bambam pulls Lisa up
"Ya Lisayah come on now.. youll get eaten up by your curiosity anyway" Chaeyoung added up so Lisa doesnt have any choice but to go with us down to the lobby of the hospital. Once we get there we're just right in time since there's two people right infront of Jennie which is probably her mom and dad while Song behind her. It doesnt seem like we're late since Jennie's still staring at her parents
"I told you not to go here" she said in a clearly pissed tone. We're not that far from them but good thing there's a lot of people walking around so we're not that visible on their peripheral view
"Is that Song? Hi dear I'm Jennie's mom-"
"Shut the fuck up mom!" Jennie snapped since her mom just ignored her
"Watch your language young lady" her mom said in a strict way making me want to back out cause we might get included here
"Nice to meet you Mrs. Kim" Song said just adding a fuel to a firing Jennie already. I can sense how mad she already is
"Jennie we're here to talk nicely to your boyfriend so stay out of it if you dont want to see us or if you dont want to bw included " her mom says back to her and tried to push Jennie aside
"I'll pull you out of this hospital if you won't step out right now!" Jennie yelled out and it echo around the lobby making some patient look but they didnt bother sticking around
"Where did you get that pride of yours Jennie? You probably forgot that I'm your mother "
"You also forgot that I'm your daughter a long time ago! Didnt you always praise Ella's mom just because she's a better daughter than i am? Didnt you tell me I wasnt doing enough to make you both proud? Didnt you let me feel like I'm a nobody around you? And to add up that I'm not even over reacting cause all you did was to tell me to work harder cause Unni's always better than me! To be honest, it's not even Unni's fault cause she's just a great sister towards me but when she died did you treat me differently? No you did not cause I'm still not that important!" She yelled out and this time her mom turn around to talk back to her but this time Jennie can clearly see us making her tears visible on our side. She probably saw Lisa right behind her mom cause her eyes immediately soften and I saw how dhe let go of the breath she's trying to hold back
"And to stop you from ruining my life even more.. Song and i arent together so stop all these nonsense" she then look towards Lisa "we're not dating... cause he's not what I wanted"
