Jennie's POV
Irene stayed the night on our house since she has a couple of clothes back there. Once we're up the next morning I called the lady to look after Ella again and she woke up pretty early cause of the noise that we're making while we're talking
"Eomma are you going to the province for some medical stuff? " she asked with her pyjamas on clearly just went out of her bed
"Hi baby, yes I'll be away for three days but she will just take care of you for a day then you'll be going to Irene unni's parents so they can look after you alright? " I said softly with my sunglasses on cause of my puffy eyes from crying last night
"Take care Eomma I'll see you next time" she said and hugged me which makes me hug her back
We put all of our bags on a car and both of us went at the back since Irene called her family driver so he can just drop us off
"I'll call you when we're almost home please get Jennie and I's car here" Irene said while I grab my bag from the trunk of the car. I waited for Irene to finish talking to the driver before both of us head towards the group of doctors right beside the bus that we'll be using for 3 days.
"Alright let's start going in so we can leave immediately " one of the organizer said so they started going in. I saw Chaeyoung with her friends entering then Eunwoo, Jackson and Bambam. Ofcourse.. Why would I expect Lisa to be here when she just fainted yesterday
"Let's go Jen-"
"BAMBAM!! " I immediately turn around seeing Lisa running from the hospital towards the bus... What the fuck is she doing here
"Hi good morning" she said greeting and bowing down the doctors she's passing by including us. She approached her group of friends and they're all as shocked as we are since she's just inside the hospital earlier
"What the fuck are you doing here? " Jackson said and immediately grab Lisa from her bag and he'll seriously escort Lisa inside but Lisa stopped him
"I'm fine now.. Y'all are over reacting. I fainted and it's normal for my case and I got enough tests and rest last night and also I got the permission from Dr Lee" she said smiling like she's so right about it "now let's go and help people.. And be with beautiful chipmunks" she said and started marching inside the bus which makes me scoff. She's here cause she wanted to be with Chaeyoung.. What do I really expect.
My phone starts ringing so I grab it and let Irene enter the bus first while I answer it
"Jennie" the director said
"Yes director? "
"Lisa will go to the medical mission.. Look after her for me alright? " he said so I just said yes to him before he end the call. It seems like he didn't know that his grand daughter's already flirting inside the bus.
I go inside the bus and saw all of the doctors already talking to their friends and all busy with their own world while Lisa which happens to be on the same row as Irene and I's seat's already looking at Chaeyoung who's sitting infront and busy with her food.
I go towards my seat and place my bag down before sitting. I pull up my airpods and phone and a mask so I can just sleep but I can't stop glancing at Lisa who's too busy looking at Chaeyoung who doesn't even give a damn about her and she's just busy with her relationship with foods.
"Do you still feel something for your ex? " Irene asked from my side making me look at her. I remembered the first day I saw Lisa and I got mad at her cause first of all she's my ex and I thought she left me on my birthday. And also I thought she's faking that she didn't know me that day.. For fuck's sake we've been together for years and she will just forget about me
"Jen.. Why don't you just tell your ex that she's yours so you won't be jealous" Irene said making me glare at her but she clearly can't see that from my sunglasses
"Woah Doctor Kim you have an ex? " Lisa said probably hearing it from our talk and I can't help myself but to feel the pain again.. It hurts to be forgotten "I mean it's not surprising cause you're gorgeous but it's still surprising " she said making me just move my eyes away from her.
"Am I being too nosey? " I heard her asks and Irene probably answered her but I just put my earphones on
I haven't seen Lisa for a couple of years working at the hospital so I don't know why we even see each other here. This trip will be for 3 days on a province meaning I can't access my phone that much cause it's really a country side type of place and we'll be treating mostly elderly and people who doesn't have enough money to travel all the way to the city to go for a check up and everything.
I don't know if I can keep myself from crying or anything but hopefully I will and I'll just try to keep myself away from Lisa for less interaction and so I can see her face less often... Now knowing about her amnesia cause it pains me a lot more.
