"Ella mommy's going to work" I yelled out as I put on my heels.. i dont want to be late to work since I don't want another headache
"Mommy!" Ella called out so i turn around to look at her and you can see how sad she is making me sit down on the couch as I gestured for her to go closer
"What's wrong?" I asked. She bowed down her head and let it stay like that making me worry "Ella what's wrong?" I repeated making her look up to me
"Mommy, did you broke up with eomma?" She asks in the most innocent and broken way making my chest hurt. I sighed deeply and pull her towards me so she can sit on my lap
"Ella... eomma and I broke up for the better" I said not tryna hurt her
"how was it better breaking up?"
"I told you once that eomma had an amnesia right?" She nodded while looking at me "if a person has an amnesia you need to wait for them to regain their memory and Eomma's having a hard time with herself already and it's too much for her if mommy will do something that can disappoint her or something that can hurt her"
"Did you do something to hurt eomma?" Ella says making me close my eyes for a second so i wont shed a tear
"I did... it was wrong and mommy regret it. I'm afraid that I'll repeat the same mistake. It's a decision your eomma and mommy did and we agreed to go separate ways"
"But mommy aren't you a doctor? Then you can just do something about" she said innocently making me smile a bit
"Amnesia doesnt work that way baby... but I promise you that you can still see your eomma so you won't feel sad okay?" I said smiling at her so she'll cheer up a bit
"How about you mommy?"

I'm already in my office and the question Ella said hunts me so bad. I don't really know what can make me happy cause for the past months.. Lisa and Ella is basically my happiness source and to think that I can no longer see Lisa in my house nor can i cuddle, hug and kiss her really breaks my heart. But maybe I deserve this cause I'm rushing too much that i became needy for love and affection and I ended up looking for it for the people that are capable to do that but like what they said... you never knew how much you love a person unless you lose them and I hate how true that is.
"Dr Kim code blue " someone said from my door so I grab my coat and starts to run but was pulled back by the person at the door. I looked up and saw Irene looking at me skeptically
"You're spacing out too much that you didnt even notice that i was the one saying that" I breathed out and turn around to go back to my seat "Jennie don't sit down let's go out so you can have some fresh air and it's already lunch time anyway" she said so I just nodded and walked out with her.
"Where do you want to eat?" She asked hooking her arms on mine
"I dont know... i have no appetite"
"Kim Jennie do you want to die? Ella told me you didnt ate breakfast neither" she said like a fussing mom "Let's just go to that café down stairs.
We walk towards the elevator and when it opened we saw Jackson, Bambam and Eunwoo.
"Dr Kim.. I guess you dont stick with your words" Eunwoo says making me look at him "Dr Kim. I'm Lisa's friend before I even became her admirer, and I'm very disappointed " he said before they walk out. If nothing happened I'll probably shout at that Eunwoo but since I'm the wrong one here it's not really right to defend myself and I cant keep people from being disappointed in me cause I'm also disappointed with what i did.
We just went straight to the café and gladly there's not much people around. Irene started ordering when my eyes landed on the croissants... damn. I roam my eyes around and landed on a chocolate milk being served.. fucking hell why do Lisa's favorites pops out everywhere
"Stop spacing out" Irene says making me sigh "You're at work don't think about it to much Jen.. it happens and we cant do anything about that" she said like a mom once again. She gave me my coffee and we sit by the window so we can eat our foods as well
"Are you talking to Seulgi?" I asked making her look up at me
"Ofcourse she's my girlfriend " irene never really confirmed that they're together cause they're super lowkey but it's also better sometimes to keep your love between the both of you "let me guess.. you'll ask how Lisa's doing?"
"I didn't say anything don't jump into conclusion "
"Okay" she said and started eating again
"I am kidding.. how is she? " Irene chuckled and put her food down
"Seul told me Lisa mostly stay up with Jisoo while playing overwatch. Then she wake up late and go to work and since she can take her amnesia as an excuse then the director probably don't mind it that much. But Seul also said that Lisa's less happy.. the only thing that really makes her happy is her friends" she said making me nod. Well hopefully just her friends and nothing else
We stood up after atleast 30 minutes pf staying there. We walk out of the café towards the elevator but I saw a tall girl on my peripheral view so when we walk to the elevator i peeked out a bit and wish i didnt
I saw Lisa with Chaeyoung just entering the hospital and seems like they went out for lunch.
