TWENTY ONE

"I just don't know how to say it and I literally suck at this. I like you Jayde. Isn't it obvious? We've kissed several times-" he says and I got lost as he said that last part, thinking about Daniel.

We've kissed several times, I feel like cheating on Jake even though we're not even in a fucking relationship. I like Jake, and he was finally admitting his feelings towards me, and what do I do?

I fuck it up by kissing the first person I see with a dick.

Maybe I don't even like Daniel like that? Maybe I'm just upset because there's too much shit going on in my life at the moment. Jake after all does look a lot like Jace, and Jace was my definition of perfect.

"Wait" I cut Jake off. Should I tell him though?

"I like you too" I sigh.

"Really?" Jake sounded surprised.

"Why are you surprised? Wasn't it obvious?" I annoyingly ask him.

"I thought you were into Daniel" he says, making me widen my eyes.

"Why would you think that?" I ask him.

"I don't know, you guys have always been so close" Jake shrugs.

"I don't like Daniel" I tell Jake. I finally got Jake to tell me he likes me, so don't screw this up.

"So now I've got the real question" Jake chuckled. I could tell he was feeling uncomfortable and it made me feel bad for him.

"Yes?" I ask as I stop walking and look at him.

Jake opened his mouth to say something, but it started raining very hard. He grabbed my hand and ran towards a small roof to keep us dry. It was pretty dark outside, but not dark enough for me to not see his face. He was breathing heavily as a wet hair strand fell over his face.

"You should date me" Jake smiled, making me giggle.

"Only if you promise to just try not be rude for once" I cross my arms.

"I'll take that as a yes" I saw Jake grin as he immediately planted his lips on mine and started kissing me.

"I love how your tiny body fits in my arms" Jake whispers.

I smiled as I never heard Jake say something this sweet. It was really cute.

"I'm not tiny" I tell him.

"You're cute" he says as he places a kiss on my nose.

It was pretty early and I was laying on the ground, with Jake's arms wrapped around my waist. Jake didn't want anyone to know yet as we weren't really a couple yet. I did want Daniel to know about it though, maybe he could help me out feeling a bit less guilty.

I let out a sigh and looked around to see if I had been the only one awake, and I was.

"Hey" I felt someone whisper in my ear with a hot breath. I turned around to see Jake.

"Oh hi" I smile at him.

"My voice is fucked up" he whispers.

Yesterday night after we got back, Jake started drinking a lot, and he also mixed different drinks, so he'll probably be ready to puke in a little while.

"That's because you don't have any boundaries" I giggle.

"No boundaries around you" he grins.

"Get that smirk off your face" I chuckle. He shot up and ran towards the toilet. His footsteps were followed by the sound of gagging and vomiting, which made me laugh.
