Spinel stared in shock, and then sighed. "Again..?" She felt herself thinking, not actually realizing she had said it.

A tear began to run down Oops' cheek, then she gave a little smile and began to sing.

"My life was full of beauty, her smile bright as the sun before she looked at me..."

Pink was sitting near a hole. Oops' hole. "I bet you're going to be a great friend!" She whispered to it. "Just wait and see: we're going to have so much fun together in our garden! We'll play for hours, whatever we want to do! Oh, won't it be amazing?"

"Her eyes were full of stars, happiness was our philosophy..."

Pink was sitting by the hole again. Months had passed by, almost a year.

"I just know you'll pop out of that hole soon, and then we can finally see the garden together! It'll be amazing, spinel!" Pink cheered. Then, she got up, and placed her hand on the wall.

"Remember...I love you, and we're going to have lots of fun soon."

"She held me tightly, loving me and everything that I could be..."

Oops popped out of the hole, instantly engulfing Pink into a tight embrace. She giggled, and Pink laughed, embracing her back.

"Welcome to the world, spinel!"

"Then she opened her smiling eyes, laughter sweet enough to chase away their lies..."

Pink opened her eyes to get her first look at her new spinel, only to be met with yellow skin instead of pink.

Her smile immediately faded.

"Her eyes were so gorgeous, so deep...but she had promises to keep."

Pink desperately looked to the quartz soldiers surrounding the area as Oops held on tighter, giggling. They grabbed destabilizers, and approached with stern expressions.

Oops looked over to them with a grin, and giggled. "What kind of toys are those?"

They came into contact with her body barely even milliseconds after, Oops poofing into a yellow cloud of dust.

"I was left alone...voices muffled like they were speaking on the phone..." Oops sang, sorrow lacing her every word.

"Then I heard her say..."

Pink was speaking to the quartz soldiers, and Oops could hear every word she said.

"Take her away! Take her away! Oh, take her away! Free myself today..." Oops sang.

"They took me away, they took me away, they took me away! I wanted to say..."

Oops paused for a moment, seemingly collecting herself. She quietly cleared her throat, and continued.

"Please, give me a chance, see my beauty and my worth! I won't disappoint you, I won't be a bother to the Earth!"

Suddenly, Pink was crouched by another hole. It began to glow.

"And then she smiled, a wicked, empty smile." Oops sang, her stature suddenly turning quite aggressive.

"As she took you, loved you, led me astray..."

Out of the hole emerged another spinel, but this one was just right. Pink smiled. "That's better!" She cheered.

"What's better, best friend?" This new, better one giggled, hugging her tight. "You!" Pink chuckled, hugging back. "Do you want to come see our garden?" She asked.

"We have a garden?!" The better one cried, her eyes sparkling with happiness. Pink chuckled. "Yes, we do! You'll love it, let's go now!"

"Okay!" The new, better one sang, walking hand in hand towards the warp pad with Pink.

Oops kept watching from inside her gem, hatred growing inside her. She had loved her only a moment ago, what was wrong with her?

Everything. Everything was wrong with her.

"I will always love you!" Oops sang.

She couldn't stop thinking. All of those times when Pink had told her that she loved her...they had been lies.

"Did you lie about that to me, too..?...Oh, Pink..." She paused, almost threatening to stop completely. Spinel slumped as she was practically reliving the garden again.

"Why did you have to say..." Oops continued.

"Take her away! Take her away! Oh, take her away!"

There were two spinels, a red one and a purple one. They took her gem, and got into a green ship.

"Take her away! Take her away! Oh, take her away!"

"What a bitch." The purple one said after putting the gem down. The red one gasped. "Purple! That's a diamond, you can't just say that!" She panicked.

"What? It's the truth!" The purple one said, shrugging. "She's a brat! What, now this kid deserves to be dumped somewhere else just because she ain't pink enough? Too fucking bad!" The purple one raved, slamming a random hatch closed.

The red one sighed, and shook her head.

"Take her away! Take her away! Oh, take her away!"

The two spinels sat down in their seats, each giving a look of sympathy to the gem as they blasted off into space.

Oops' face was flooded by shadow, she gave a sinister grin.

"Now, I'm gonna free myself today..."

She began to glow, and she floated up into the air. Spinel watched sort of fearfully at this transformation.

Her body contorted, her form changing in many different ways. Finally, the star pigtails went wild again, and her transformation was complete.

Oops dropped to the ground not saying a word. Then, she stood up, and gave a death glare to Spinel, her orange eyes almost glowing menacingly.

Spinel sighed. "I know." She said softly. " I know."

Then, Oops grinned, and tears poured down her cheeks. "I never really did grasp the concept of keeping my mouth shut, did I?"

Spinel slowly approached Oops, reaching out a hand. "I know it hurts. And it won't go away now, but—"

Oops began to lightly chuckle. "You just know, huh? You just magically know how I feel?" Oops taunted. "Wow, that sure is neat! Must be another reason why you're better than me!"

"Oops, if you'll just listen to me..." Spinel started. She slapped her hand away, and she recoiled.

"I had a name...a real name..." She growled. "It was Aven, and I'm sticking by it now. That old me is gone."

Then she ran a couple of inches, turned around, and glared. "Don't you ever try to get in my way again. Because if you do, I will fucking tear your entire existence into the ground, and you'll wish you had stayed in the garden."

Then, Aven began to laugh, a crazed look in her angry orange eyes. She turned back around, and leapt high into the sky until she was out of sight.

Spinel just ran off to go and find Y/N, she knew there was no use in trying to stop Oo—Aven—unless she wanted to get shattered.

Out of anything she could've expected to feel for Aven today, she didn't expect it to be pity.
