It felt amazing to be back in your apartment. Even if you'd only been kidnapped for a couple of hours at most, it had felt like an eternity. So, as you held Spinel lovingly in your arms, you were reminded of just how sweet life can be.
But that was only until you felt a poke in your shoulder.
As you opened your eyes, you saw that Purple was hanging over the bed, your faces only inches apart. You gasped, sitting up and accidentally headbutting her. You both winced painfully.
"Jesus!" She cried out in pain, rubbing her forehead.
"Well sorry, Purple, but you shouldn't wake people up like that!" You scolded her.
"Sorry, sorry, but we've got the biggest surprise for you both!" Purple cheered quietly, Green and Red walking over as well. "But we'll have to go quietly, we don't want Spinel to see just yet."
You grew suspicious.
"It's for the wedding, Y/N." Red said.
"Oh, okay," You replied with a shrug. "Let's get going, then."
You got out of bed, and just grabbed a quick orange juice before the four of you began to walk out of the apartment building and down the street.
You narrowed your eyes. "A bakery?"
"Shhh, shhhh, don't question it, it's great!" Green shushed you with a grin.
Once you four got inside, the glorious smell of cakes and other such confections hit you immediately. You wanted to eat every single fucking cake in there.
Then, Purple grabbed your hand, and practically dragged you over to a big and bulky thing that was covered by a large, velvety feeling red blanket.
"Are you ready, Y/N?" Red asked with a wide grin.
"As ready as I'll ever be," You chuckled nervously. Then, Green pulled the blanket off, revealing to you...

"Oh, guys," You gushed. "It's perfect. It looks so delicious. Spinel and I are gonna love this."
You looked at the little you and the little Spinel at the top of the cake, and that just made your smile brighten. It was so sweet for the trio to do this for you guys.
"We're glad you like it!" Purple cheered. "We made it as good as we could!" Red added with a smile, wrapping her arm around Purple. "We overheard you guys talking about strawberry cake, so we decided to make one!" Green explained with a grin. "I hope Spinel loves it too!"
"I'm sure she will!" You chuckled. "Thank you so much for doing this for us. I honestly can't-"
Then, without any warning, the cake was snatched away!
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Purple screamed. "Our cake!" Green cried. "What happened to the cake?!" You yelled in worry and confusion.
"There she is!" Red cried, pointing at a blue spinel who had taken the cake.
