You raised an eyebrow in confusion. "What?"

Purple backed up. "I think...maybe I can make a big enough dent for us to get through. You'll have to step back, though."

You nodded, and got several feet behind Purple.

She inflated her fist, and swung it around over her head like a lasso. Then, she slammed it into the rocky cave wall, creating a large crater.

You coughed, waving the dust out of your face. Purple turned to you with a grin. "Come on, Y/N! Let's go explore this weird room!"

Purple ran in, and you soon followed.

"Whoa..." You murmured in awe.

There were all sorts of designs all over the walls, of all sorts of strange people. Probably gems.

One had orange tinted skin, with their sparkling gem covering one eye. They looked serious, and they were dressed like an admiral of some kind.

One had a long, blue katana. Their light blue hair was put into two neat braids. They had an almost bandage-like material wrapped around their chest to simulate clothing of some kind. They looked like a soldier ready for battle. They had no visible gem anywhere.

One was wearing a purple dress, that didn't quite cover their shoulders all the way. They had a little round gem on their chest, and their hair was wild and untamed. Compared to the others, this one didn't look as serious, or violent.

There were others, too, but the drawings were all scratched and chipped.

"Who are these gems?" You wondered out loud.

"I have no clue..." Purple muttered, shaking her head. She looked just as confused as you.

There was a strange crystal looking thing. You eyed it curiously. "What's this?" You asked, motioning towards it.

Purple looked over, and walked towards you.

"I think I know how to turn it on."

She carefully pressed a few things, and then it began to project a hologram, that looked almost similar to the homescreen on a phone. Just more advanced, and gem-y.

"Wow..." You said. "What does it do?"

"These things were usually used by the diamonds. To check up on colonies, and contact their gems." Purple explained. "I don't know why this would be here, on Earth."

"Maybe they paid a visit here?" You suggested.

"Maybe, but that doesn't seem very likely. After the war, no Homeworld gems really came here." She replied with a shrug.

"The war?" You questioned.

"Yeah. You know, Rose Quartz against Homeworld." She said, like it was common knowledge. "I guess afterwards, they used their powers on Earth. Don't know how it's still around."

"Yeah, that is kinda weird..." You murmured, trailing off.

Purple began to swipe around on the holographic screen, and clicked a button. She began to read out loud.

"Shrine of the fallen. This shrine was built secretly by a small group of gems after the war, to honor the agates that had fallen to the rebels. May they, and their brilliant efforts on Homeworld's behalf, never be forgotten."

You two looked around at the drawings. There were a fair few. How many casualties were there for these agates to cause a whole shrine dedicated to it?

"Hmmm.." You mumbled, wondering.

You and Purple continued to search, but didn't find anything else really of interest.

You sighed, and walked out. "Come on, Purple. Maybe if we hurry, we can get home before the rain gets too bad."

You kept walking, but soon noticed that Purple wasn't following you.

You turned your head back. "Purple?"

She was staring at the painting of the agate with the purple dress. Not doing anything. Just staring. It was like everything else had completely disappeared.

You went back inside, and placed a hand on her shoulder, startling her.

"Purple?"

She looked at you. "C-Coming."

Both of you left the cave, rushing home, thankfully not getting too drenched because the rain wasn't too crazy yet.

You opened the door, and slammed it shut, seeing Spinel sitting at the table. She quickly whipped her head towards you, and grinned widely.

"Y/N!"

"Hey, Spinel." You greeted her, walking over and giving her a kiss.

"Where did you two run off to?" Green questioned, eating cookie dough straight out of the bag.

"First of all, don't do that, or we won't have any to make cookies with," You replied, taking the bag and putting it back in the fridge much to Green's annoyance. "And me and Purple were just trying to find her memories."

"Did you find anything useful?" Red asked.

"No, only some weird shrine for agates that died in the war." You said, taking your coat off. "Give me your coat, Purple, and I'll put it on the coat hanger."

Purple was quiet, but obliged.

You put your coats up, and then turned to her. "Purple, are you okay?"

She nodded.

"Are you sure? You're a little quiet." You said. Purple sighed, shaking her head and clutching her gem tightly with her gloved hand.

"When...when I was in there...I felt...weird." She spoke. "When I was looking at that agate..."

"Which one?" You asked.

She stayed quiet.

"Purple, which one?" You asked again.

"The purple one!" Purple shouted. "It was the purple one! My gem was kind of throbbing, and I don't understand what I was feeling!"

You opened the door. "We have to go back. This could have something to do with your past. Purple, we have to see if we can solve this once and for all."

"You guys go ahead and go," Spinel nodded quickly. "We'll just—"

Suddenly, there was a loud sound, like an explosion. The whole apartment was shaking, and the sound was still echoing.

"JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" You screamed.

There was another one. And another. And another. And another. The apartment shook each time. Everybody was freaking out, and Spinel wrapped her arms around you tightly, terrified.

"WHAT'S GOING ON?!" Red cried, holding Purple.

"I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T KNOW!!" Purple yelled in fear, holding Red.

Then, the roof went flying, exposing you all to the rain. But that was the least of your concerns, as you saw several very bright lights shining in the sky, tinting everything an ominous green.

"Oh my god..." Purple said fearfully, in a hushed tone. "They've come. They've fucking come for us, Red."

"Who's come?! Who?!" You cried.

"Red, I love you more than anything in the entire universe. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to protect you, to protect you from them. I had one job as your lover, and I couldn't do it!"

"I love you Purple!" Red sobbed, holding her closer. "Goodbye!"

The two of them cried, making out.

"WHO. THE FUCK. HAS COME?!" You yelled, about to lose your shit.

"CAN'T YOU FUCKING READ, Y/N?!" Green screamed, motioning towards a humongous green ship emerging from the shadows.

You looked, and gasped.

SRS.
