What.

The.

HELL?!

You fall back as the lights flicker back on.

Floating in front of you was a disheveled man with green hair. As he floated closer to you, you noticed his particular stripped clothing. He smelt like death!
You scrunch your nose.

Yikes!

That's definitely some sort of demon! A very untidy one at that!

"Uh, hellloooooooo?" The demon said and you shook your head.

He grinned, gleaming his teeth at you. It wasn't a malicious smile, but you cringed at the sight of a bug lodged in between his teeth.

He slicked his hair back and took his hand out to help you up. "How are ya, babes?"

Your mind buzzed with a million thoughts. What? Why? What the fu-

"I think you broke them Beej," Lydia walked up behind him and pulled him away from you.

"Oops," he said. "Not my fault that my stunningly good looks broke them."

Your eyes darted back and forth from Lydia and the demon named... Beej? Is that what he called her?

"W-what the hell?" You stammered.

"Y/N? You okay?" Lydia walked up to you and pulled you up.

"You summoned an ACTUAL DEMON IN MY HOUSE?!"

"You wanted to know who made this mess and well..." Lydia wove her arms at Beetlejuice's direction and he waved at you.

"How ya doin' babes? The name is... well, I can't say it, but it's on the card." He gave you a wink and handed you what you think is a business card.

You examined the card and what it said. Apparently, he's a "bio-exorcist". There you saw it, the words "Beetlejuice". Beetlejuice?... BedelJoice??

Wait a minute.

You looked at him directly and he winked. He's the one who made this mess. The one to blame for defacing your walls.

Now you're pissed.

You took him by the collars and pulled him towards your face to scream. "You're the freak who did this?!"

He was taken aback, but smirked right after. "Well, aren't we a feisty one~" He gave Lydia an approving smile, "I like them."

"UGHHHH!!!" You groaned. "Why'd you have to go and do that?!"

Beetlejuice have you a confused look. "Hmm?"

You point at the carvings on the wall. "That."

"Oooh!~" he chuckled. "Yeah, that was a hundred percent me."

Normally, someone would be freaking out if they saw a demon right in front of them, but you're too angry about the wall he defaced right now. Looking at him closely, you recognize the pattern on his clothing. Stripes.

"Don't tell me..."

He gave you a sly look. "Thinking about the rat, huh? Yeah, that was me too."

You were about to scold him when he got up close to you.

"Y'know~ You have really nice legs! Felt nice climbing up them-"

You blushed and pushed him away. "Don't say stuff like that!"

Lydia gagged, "You're being gross Beej." Beetlejuice seemed happy teasing you.

You sighed and composed yourself. "I don't know who or what you are-"

"I'm a demon babe."

"... Whatever," you pointed to the walls. "Can't you just fix that at least?"

"No problem! Just say the magic word~"

"... please."

"Of course~" He snapped his fingers and the carvings in the walls disappeared behind a mass of green smoke.

"Thank you." You calmed down.

There's a demon in the house. Not just any demon to be exact. It's the same demon who carved your walls and turned into the rat that crawled up your legs. The same demon who is supposedly friends with Lydia, based on how they're acting. It hasn't been an hour and all hell has already broke lose in your brain.

Lydia patted you on the back. "Everything ok? Y/N?"

"Yeah, I'm good."

"At least your wall problem is fixed."

"But now I have a demon problem." You look at Beetlejuice who was floating around, ignoring your conversation.

You gave Lydia a concerned look. "You're not friends with that thing, are you?"

Lydia nodded, "I am. Don't worry, I think he's a bit too gross too. But he's a nice guy, in a weird pervert way, once you get to know him."

The pervert part made you even more worried, but you decided to let that go for now, seeing how she seems completely fine with him around her.

The only thing that's still really bothering you is that fact that the homeless looking man floating is in fact a demon. You begin examining him again. He was covered in dirt and moss, ew. His skin was pale and his hair was an unnatural green. A green beard and moldy clothes. Jeez. Does this guy not bathe?

Before you knew it, Beetlejuice was all over your face again.

"Like what you see?"
