Lydia looked at you.
"Well? Do you?"
You gave Lydia a dumbfounded look. She can't be serious. Right? You don't know what's going on right now, but she's the best shot you got.
"I-...." You hesitated, then took her hand. "I trust you."
Lydia smiled softly, "then repeat what I say, ok?"
You didn't reply and she just gave you a confused look.
"L-look, I trust you." You stammered. "But is it safe-"
"Yeah? I wouldn't do if it wasn't safe, duh."
"Y'know what. Never mind. I trust you know more than me when it comes to weird stuff like this."
Lydia grinned, "Then say the name "Beetlejuice" three times in a row for me, ok?"
You nodded your head. "Ready." (But you honestly weren't.)
Lydia began counting, "1 2 3..."
"Beetlejuice"
The room began shaking.
"Beetlejuice"
The sound of laughter echoed the room. You closed your eyes.

The lights flickered off.
