Last Throw of the Dice

Sayōnara
So many good words die, their screams falling on deaf ears.
So often swept aside like autumn leaves, into a library called obscurity.
So, the artist's work liquefies, eyes transition shedding words of disillusionment.
So much self-expression, founders on dead comments and accolades.
So many letters, so many words, deemed to be ill-considered and unworthy.
So 'Pen Friends', this is Sayōnara.
So, it's time to bring this journey to an end.
So, there is time for reflection, to search for new pastures.
So, it's not a time of sadness, it was worth the effort and words shall outlive the poet.
