Life hands us challenges every day
One day at a time
Now becomes a way of life for many
Gone are the days of youth
Luckily there are still moments and memories
Ideals and inspirations that
Very rarely change
Ever constant, ever present
These tiny oasis
Hold refuge and solitude for
Everyone who finds them
People need these moments and memories, if
Only for a brief flash to
Energize and remind us
There is peace in the world
Somewhere we can feel safe
Perhaps, for many this is an
Unrealistic dream
But, for many more, we have found it. Its called home.
