Entombed
the East River
echoed your name
to give away
where you were entombed
your face; ghostly pale
colder than the
South Pole
was your lifeless body
broken phalanges
with the pull of gravity
at your funeral
father was at
the edge of insanity
nameless people
paying respects
truly you saddened
all of humanity
your last message
"take care of the family"
you, yourself wounded
father dies a million deaths daily
all these years; he still believes you're near
guess you should have thought before
treating yourself with a dive; suicide...
