Gerard's pov
"Hey can you tell me how to get to the nearest good food place, I'm starving." I chuckled, then immediately wanted to take it back, this girl looks as if something is seriously wrong, I wonder what it is.
"G-g-gerard wa-way?" She stumbled over her words and wiped her eyes.
"In the flesh." I nodded, grimacing, I really wish I could comfort her.
" Uhhh, there's a p-pretty good subway up the road" The girl tried to hide her anxiousness.
"Thanks, would you like a ride or anything? I'd hate to leave you here, especially in this cold." I offered, hoping she'd take the deal.
"I- that would be extremely helpful if you dont mind thank you." She let out a sigh of relief.
What a beauty, I thought to myself, why would anyone leave her here?
"You know who I am already, could I ask who you are?"
"S-sparrow, my name is Sparrow." He voice was even more lovely closer.
"Love the name, very unique." I smiled.
"Thank you, that means a lot coming from you actually." Sparrow was a ball of anxiety.
Oh, lord, just look at that onyx hair it seems to melt into the astounding mint chocolate chip ice cream colored mint. Those emerald green eyes, framed by the charcoal black eyeliner border around them, her pale, ashen skin. This girl is a natural beauty, I'd love to get to know her.
"What is it?" Sparrow asked.
"Hm?" I pondered, confused.
"You're starting at me.... is there something wrong?" She questioned again, almost singing the words to me.
"Oh, fuck, I'm sorry, please forgive me, Sparrow."
"No, it's fine, I swear I was just confused." She seemed to be getting less and less tense, thank god.
"Whay do you want?" I asked as we pulled up at subway.
"I dont want anything, dont spend any money on me, please." Sparrow looked frazzled.
"Its the bear minimum I can do, I insist." I smiled
"No, it's fine, you gave me a ride, I'm extremely grateful for it and you didnt even had to do that." Sparrow shook her head, her green eyes full of terror.
"I'm serious, not trying to sound like a weirdo stalker but, I insist and I will not take you home unless you let me get you some food." I locked eyes with her, her face suddenly turning pale, I'm not sure how I didnt think it possible for someone to be so pale, almost transparent. "Wait, damn it, I didnt mean it like that, sorry I uh, but I'm going to get you something to eat."
"I guess I'll take some soup."
"Thank you, that's all I wanted, sorry for being a bit pushy but I didnt want to eat in front of you so when you said you didnt want anything i want going to give up." I gave a soft smile, stepped out of the car and walked inside to get our food.
Shes so pretty, shes a fan too so we should all in all have the same music taste, right? I pulled a dumbass move saying I wasn't going to bring her home if she didnt get food, I hope it doesn't scare her off. I think I'll write my number on a napkin and slip it in her bag, it sounds cheesy and she could accidentally throw it away then what? I lose her forever? Stop thinking, you dumbass.
After I got the food I wrote my number on a small piece of paper and taped it to the lid of her soup bowl and headed out to the car. "I'm back, here's yours, I'd appreciate it if you didnt eat in the car though, not saying you're 2 and you're gonna spill shit everywhere but I just got it cleaned.
"I wasn't going to, I'm not that good at eating in cars I spill things everywhere." Sparrow looked down at her maroon converse.
"And now that we're at your house I'll see to it that you make it into the house without any harm done to you." I smiled and opened her door.
Sparrow slowly got out of the car and to her door. "Shit, I left my keys in my mom's car"
She frantically looked through her purse looking for her phone. "Dont worry about it, I'll take you back to my hotel, it's late there's no reason that you should have to worry about this at the time.
"You've already done too much for me, I can't, I cant invade your privacy like that."
"Come on, you'll be fine, you helped me so now I'm helping you." I plead.
"Are you sure its okay?" Sparrow looked helpless.
"Yes, I am, let's go" i sighed in relief, i wasn't ready to give her up.
