Raiya's POV:
Two redheads stood in the middle of the gym, both looking extremely similar. They had grins on their faces as girls surrounded them. Yukiko was beside me, once again squealing about how they were cute too.
"Oh my god, Raiya. How are you not reacting? These are boys sent straight from God, better than any of the boys in our school anyways."
"Sure their good looking but I don't want to deal with them."
Not only that but something felt...off about the boys we've met so far. I shook my head at the thought. We walked to the bleachers and took a seat as we waited for the teacher to appear. The first redhead had somewhat spiky hair and his eyes were set on his 'fans' chest. The other one had a fedora on his head and instead of checking just the chest out like his brother, he made sure not one inch of a girl's body was missed.
"Manwhores." I hissed.
Fedora's grin widened as he slowly turned towards me before it faltered as a look of recognition entered his eyes. He seemed to mouth something and I just raised my eyebrow as I smiled politely, turning away. He didn't seem to want to leave me alone as he suddenly appeared in front of me in less than a second, grabbing my hand. The same irritating grin from earlier was on his face as he kissed the back of it. I pulled away, my smile straining.
"Could you not?"
"I can't leave a pretty girl like you alone~ I'm Laito."
I didn't say anything, just kept smiling.
"Are you going to tell me your name?"
"No, I don't feel the need to," I said anger laced in my voice.
"Don't be like that," he said, sitting next to me.
I scooted as close to Yukiko, who looked like she was about to faint. The other redhead appeared in front of us, a grin on his face.
"Oi, Laito. Did you see all those girls? Their breasts are fucking huge. Oresama will be all of their firsts."
I felt my nose scrunch up in disgust at his words.
"How can you degrade a woman like that?" I hissed, my smile dropping.
"Hah? Who do you think you are talking to Oresama like that-"
He trailed off as he turned to look at me, shock written on his face.
"C-Chichinashi?"
I stood straight up, a glare directed at him.
"I will not have you calling me breastless as you like. Know that next time you call me that will be the day you die by my hands." I hissed.
I walked out the door despite the protests of Yukiko and headed to the garden, plopping onto the bench in the middle of it. I glared up at the sun before looking at the roses next to me, noticing they were wilting and that the bush looked like it hadn't been trimmed yet.
"Who's the fucker who takes care of this garden?" I hissed.
I grabbed a pair of gloves, sheaths and filled a watering can before heading back to the rosebush. I began pulling out all the weeds and the dead roses, a light layer of sweat already forming on my forehead. I cut off all the branches that stick out and watered the bush, feeling myself instantly relax. I dusted off my gloves as I finished, smiling at my work. I put all the things back in the shed before grabbing the broom and sweeping the excess away. I heard the slight shuffling of shoes and I turned around to see a male standing a few feet away from me, his white hair being blown softly by the wind. I let out a small gasp as I looked into his red eyes, the same red as the roses behind me. They were filled with hurt, regret, and perhaps love?
"Yui..." he muttered, the wind carrying the name over to me.
I pushed myself off the ground, giving him a smile.
"Can I help you?"
He seemed to snap out of his little daze and his red eyes instantly became cold, a small hint of anger behind them. He didn't answer my question and an irk mark appeared on my forehead.
"Do you like flowers?"
He still didn't answer and I felt the smile drop from my face, a scowl instantly replacing it.
"Answer someone when they ask you a question." I hiss.
He frowned before walking away and I nearly threw the broom at his back in frustration.
"Another weird one," I muttered.
I cleaned up my mess and headed inside, grabbing my stuff from the locker room. Yukiko walked in, her eyes settling on me and a frown etched her face.
"You ditched me."
"I know but I needed some alone time. I'm sorry."
She sighed, changing quickly and grabbing her stuff.
"It's fine. I know that what Ayato said was really offensive."
I nodded and we headed out, the sun nearly setting.
"So? Are you ready to meet those sons you have to babysit?"
"Not even close. My dad is lucky I love him." I muttered.
I heard footsteps behind us and we turned around to see the five strange boys I had met today along with a new one, this one wearing glasses with a stern expression. I made eye contact with the albino and quickly turned away, feeling something strange in my chest.
"Walk faster."
Yukiko nodded and we sped walk before reaching our houses in record time, a sigh of relief escaping my mouth. She waved at me before heading to her house. I turned around and jumped when I saw they were right behind me, looking not a bit winded.
"What the hell?"
I opened my front door and slammed it behind me, feeling my heart thud heavily. My dad walked out from the hallway, giving me a small smile.
"Welcome home."
I smiled back when someone knocked on the door, making me jump.
"It seems like they're here," he said.
He urged me to the side and opened the door. I prayed hard, hoping that it was not who I thought it was. God clearly hated me as the same boys who were following me earlier walked into the living room, their faces extremely neutral.
"Oh fuck."
