Raiya's POV:
I read the note in my hand for the tenth time, not quite believing my eyes.
"A TRIP?" I screeched.
That's right, my parents have left me here with six male vampires so they could go to Hawaii to 'relax'. They're going to be gone for a few weeks. Just my luck.
"I can't believe them. Don't they know what male teenagers are like nowadays? They can never keep it in their pants."
"Ara, if it isn't Bitch-chan~"
I felt an unwanted shiver go down my back as I turned to see Laito in front of me, a little too close for comfort. He eyes the note in my hand before taking it from me. His eyes scanned it before his stupid grin became wider and he looked down at me, lust shining in those emerald eyes of his.
"Looks like it's going to be just us, huh?"
His hand had unknowingly made its way onto my waist and I scrunched my nose up, stepping on his foot with all my strength. He hissed, pulling away.
"Now, now, that isn't nice, Bitch-chan."
"Shut up before your dick is next."
I didn't let him talk before I was out of the kitchen, briskly walking to my room. I closed the door, sighing in relief, feeling safe in here. That is, if you ignore the body on my bed. I put on my smile and walked to him, feeling extremely irritated and cautious. I poked his shoulder, causing him to groan as he opened one of his blue orbs.
"Why are you here?" I hissed.
"I needed a place to sleep."
"What do you think the guest room is for?"
He grabbed my wrist, instantly pulling me beneath him. I blinked, looking up at him as he was fully awake, a grin set on his face.
"Lewd girl."
I struggled but he had both of my wrists under his heavy grip, preventing me from moving.
"Stupid vampire strength."
He chuckled, leaning toward my exposed collarbone. Sniffing deeply, his mouth opened, showing his razor-sharp fangs.
"Don't you dare."
"A mere human like you can't do anything. Now, you can give in to the pleasure of my fangs."
"Like hell I will."
"Stay still," he growled, looking angry.
I froze, my blood running cold. His grin came back as he touched my cheek with his finger, his nail digging in.
"That look of fear isn't bad," he muttered before inching towards my neck.
I closed my eyes, not wanting to see what was going to happen. I heard the door crack and my eyes flew open, looking to see Subaru there, breathing heavily.
"Shu..." he said lowly.
The male above me clicked his tongue as he pulled away, the usual lazy expression on his face.
"Calm down, I wasn't going to do anything to her."
I rolled my eyes. That was a lie. He let go of me and moved off before disappearing completely. Subaru came to my side, eyeing my cheek.
"What?"
"Did he do anything to you?"
"Huh? Oh, no he didn't."
"What's that mark on your cheek?"
"Don't worry Subaru. It can go away in a few days, it's not anything too major."
He looked skeptical but gave in after a lot of convincing. He sat on the floor, leaning against my bed as I swung my feet next to him.
"Why do you keep saving me, Subaru?"
"I-I'm not sure..." he mumbled.
I felt the need to go out so I got up, stretching.
"Where are you going?"
"I want to go to the mall to get something to eat. Wanna come?"
He nodded, standing up and following me. I grabbed the keys to the car before Subaru stopped me.
"Woah, you're fucking driving?"
"Uh yeah? How else are we supposed to get there? If we walk, it will take us at least 20 minutes and I don't want to do that."
He sighed, looking tense before I saw a figure walk out of the kitchen. He walked over to us, crossing his arms with a frown.
"Where are you guys going?" Ayato asked.
"To the mall." I said at the same time Subaru said "None of your business."
"Oresama wants to come."
"That's fine. As long as you stop calling me breastless." I glared at him.
"Fine. There better be takoyaki there."
Suddenly, the rest of the boys appeared behind Ayato, all looking like they were going to go somewhere.
"We are coming too," Reiji said, pushing up his glasses.
"Sure but my car is a five-seater. You guys will have to figure out how to fit."
I walked to the car and watched with an amused expression as they fought over who was going to be sitting in the front. Shu calmly pushed past them, taking the seat and closing his eyes. Subaru, Reiji, and Ayato made it into the back and Laito and Kanato were left outside.
"So what are we supposed to do?"
"Trunk," I said bluntly.
After a few moments of complaining, I was finally able to drive and I looked up at the grey sky.
"Rain again?"
A strange fog had settled over the road and I squinted, trying to look forward when I see four figures suddenly appear in front of me.
"What the hell?!" I yelled, slamming the brakes.
The shadows didn't move but I saw various bright colored eyes peeking through the fog. I honked the horn but nothing happened. I heard a growl from behind me and Subaru was staring at them with an expression I can only describe as rage. In fact, all the boys seemed alert, Shu awake in the front seat and there was pounding in the trunk.
"I can smell them." I heard Kanato say.
"Reverse," Shu said.
"Huh?"
He didn't give me an option and shifted into reverse, pushing my leg down on the accelerator. I gripped onto the wheel tightly and turned us around, driving away.
"Who were they?"
No one answered and I sighed before I took a different path, soon reaching the mall. Everyone piled out and I looked at my phone.
"We'll meet back at my car in two hours. Will that be okay?"
They all nodded, instantly disappearing. I walked towards the entrance and noticed footsteps following behind me. I turned and saw Subaru, the usual scowl on his face.
"You don't want to go on your own?"
"No." he muttered, cheeks turning pink.
I chuckled, linking my arm with his.
"Okay, let's go and have some fun!"
