My party was officially over. We came home and I took a shower and changed for the night. I climbed onto my bed and got under the blankets. The door opened. Morgan. She sighed. "Mia?" She said. I looked at her. "Yeah?" I said. She held her stuffed dog shyly. "Can I sleep with you? I'm having nightmares." She asked. I nodded and she hopped on my bed. She got under the blankets with me. I huffed and rubbed her hair. We both laid sideways to make eye contact. "Why you're having nightmares?" I whispered. She sighed. "It's mostly about if we were princesses and somebody kidnapped us. Who would save us?" She whispered. I slightly chuckled. "I'm guessing a prince?" I asked. "Exactly." She agreed. I sighed happily. "Do you wanna be a princess?" I asked. She nodded. "Lexi told me her and Deana went to an Egypt dimension. Deana is an actual princess there and Rafe and Grant are princes." She said. What she said made me laugh a little. I've heard much about their adventures. "What about you? Do you wish to be a princess?" She asked. I shrugged. "I don't know. I would be a warrior princess. She would protect the kingdom and fight evil villains. Of course, she would date a prince and also go to balls. Overall, she's filled with bravery, strength and grace." I told her. She looked at me in shock. "Wow, cool." She said. I laughed. Morgan groaned. "Maybe food can help me sleep." She said. I nodded in disagreement. "No, you already ate and I'm not holding anyone's hair when they're throwing up." I said. My brain clicked. "How about a story?" I suggested. She cheered and rolled out of bed. She ran back with a storybook in her hands. She handed me the book. I read the title. 'The Macedonian Prince.' She scooted closer to me. I opened the book to the first page. She smiled excitingly. I chuckled and began reading. "There once was a village and kingdom called Macedonia. A beautiful, lovely place where happy townspeople lived happy, healthy lives. There was food, water and beautiful gardens. The place had riches, gold-like jewelry, money for clothing and food. But there was everything in one. The palace kingdom ruled by King David and Queen Jessica. The King and Queen lived a great lifestyle till the Queen got pregnant with a baby boy. His name is Prince Brandon. The rulers raised baby Brandon with respect and teaching him to be a good leader. After Brandon's sixteenth birthday, he's now to choose Macedonia's future princess who sings a song to his heart. He left the kingdom to search far and wide for the beautiful maiden." I read. She yawned. "I wonder who it is." She said. I chuckled. "Me too." I said. She sighed happily. "It be so cool if we were taken to Macedonia. Their gold are mine." She said, muttering the last part. I playfully rolled my eyes. Morgan loves gold-like jewelry. Again, who doesn't? I closed the book and took a deep breath. "Time for bed!" I said. She nodded and got under the blankets. I did the same and turned off the light. Morgan fell asleep on my shoulder.

Morning rose and I cooked pancakes and eggs for breakfast. Mom and dad went to work early. Sometimes they work on weekends and weeks. Morgan sat on the table with her plate. If she was being good, I would give her fruit roll-ups or sour patch kids. Indeed she was being good. I handed her fruit-rolls ups after she ate. I sat on my chair next to her. She huffed. "I'm bored. Can we go somewhere?" She said. I shrugged, looking at my phone. "Like where?" I asked. She smiled. "The pond!" She said. I looked up and smiled. "Sure, let's go." I said. We both got dressed and left the house. I pulled out my keys and honked my Rover.

She owns a car dealership. I drove to the pond that has a large garden. I parked on the road and we got out. The unbelievable view made our jaws dropped. It's magnificent nature I admired watching. Morgan smiled widely, heading for the water. I followed behind. She sat on her knees, watching the fish swim around. I slid my hands into my pockets. She looked at me and huffed. "Come join!" She said. I chuckled. I sat on my knees beside her. "Hello!" She said a little loud. The water fluttered at her voice and the fish swam away. I chuckled. "Let me try." I said. I cleared my throat. "Hello." I said softly. The whole water fluttered and the fish did a splash with it's tail. We laughed. "Hellooo!" She said, her voice echoing in the pond. I giggled. She smiled at me. "You should sing a song!" She told me. I looked at her confusedly. "Why?" I asked. Morgan giggled. "It brings out the woodland animals who love a soft song." She said. I sighed. "You watch too much Disney." I muttered. She rolled her eyes. "Cmon, at least try!" She said. Eh, it beats if she'll stop. I took a deep breath. A dove flew on the ground. It looks like a baby dove. He covered his face with a wing and tried to fly. He couldn't reach the air. I looked at him in awe. "He's scared to fly." Morgan said. It's sad a dove is scared to fly because of the impossible. I smiled and put my hand out. He began to place his feet on my finger. I carefully lifted him up and began to sing.

Woodland animals gathered around as I sung. That is really shocking. Two more doves, an owl, squirrels, raccoon and three deers. One of them was a baby deer Morgan petted. The dove on my finger squeaked and flew off my hand. I smiled, watching him fly around. "Just keep on climbing, though the ground might shake, just keep on reaching- I stopped when I noticed a male voice singing with mine's. He actually sounded amazing. The animals scattered away and the birds flew as well. Morgan's jaw dropped in a good way. I turned to see a tall boy. He looked 16 with blonde curly hair, blue eyes and an amazing smile. He also wore a royal blue-yellowish jacket with blue gloves. I covered my mouth in shock. Morgan smiled. "Whoa." She muttered. He smiled sweetly. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." He said nicely. Is this a joke? What is happening? I managed to speak. "Oh, that's ok! We were just leaving. Cmon, Morgan." I said. She crossed her arms and stood on her knees. I knew she didn't want to go. The boy who wore armor cleared his throat. He smiled a bit shyly. "Where are my manners? I'm Brandon. Prince Brandon. What's your name?" He said. That's when my life flashed before my eyes. I raised an eyebrow. "Prince Brandon?" I said. He nodded. I looked back at Morgan. She held up the storybook. The back had the picture of the Macedonian prince. He looked exactly like the Prince. I turned my attention to Brandon. We locked eyes and smiled shyly. My face burned a little red. "Hi! I'm Morgan!" She said, bowing like a princess. He chuckled and bowed. "Nice to meet you, little one." He said, politely. I rolled my eyes and grabbed her hand. "See you later!" I said. He pulled my arm back gently. "Wait, what's your name?" He asked. I sighed. "Mia." I told him. We made a beeline to my car. I almost turned it on till my eyes widened. There was a horse, wearing royal custom standing on the road. I could tell Morgan couldn't contain her excitement. I can't just ignore this guy. I got out the car and walked up to him. "Yes?" He said. "We should go to my house." I told him.
