(Lisa's bedroom up top)

I was over at Lisa's house with the rest of the girls. She definitely made a palace of her bedroom. We heated popcorn and got some drinks. Her parents are doctors so they're busy in the hospital. It's actually cool because they save lives. In her room, we watched many chick flicks. Kelly was looking a bit frustrated. What's wrong? "Kelly?" I said. She quickly looked at me. "Yeah?" She said. "You ok? You look a little stressed out." I said. She huffed. "It's the dance routine for the cheer performance! I can't think or find any good routine we can use for the game." She said. Lisa patted her shoulder. "Everything will be fine, Kel. It's just the basketball game." She said. Jessie nodded in agreement. "Yup, it's not about which cheer squad does the best dance." She said. Kelly fake smiled. "Now that you said it, it kinda is." She said through gritted teeth. My brain clicked. Wow, how come I didn't thought of this before? "I know! We can do a cheer hip hop dance! Like this." I said. I did a couple of HH moves and landed in splits. I got up and twirled in balletic form and did another HH move. I backed away and cartwheeled across the floor. I posed. "Go Bayside!" I cheered. The girls clapped in shock. Kelly smiled. "Mia, that was so good!" She said. I chuckled. "My favorite dance is hip hop." I said. Lisa smirked. "I think we got a routine, girls." She said. We cheered. "Let's go over it again." Kelly said. I nodded. We got started on the routine.

A hip hop song played from Lisa's jumbo stereo. That's when we redo the routine we worked on for nearly two hours. They backed away as I cartwheeled for the ending, landing in splits. I smiled widely. "Go Bayside, Tigers!" I cheered.
The girls applauded and turned off the song. Kelly smiled and hugged me. "Mia, thank you so much! You're the best." She said. I hugged back. "It's what I do." I said. Lisa smirked. "Been meaning to ask, you and Zack been getting real close lately." She said. I covered my face from blushing. At the same time, I laughed. The girls laughed. "Aww, she's blushing!" Jessie teased. I giggled and uncovered my face. "Are you going on another date?" Kelly asked. I nodded. Lisa started thinking for a minute. "What kind of date it'll be?" She asked. I shrugged. "Haven't thought about it. I'm thinking Netflix and chill." I said. Kelly chuckled. "Netflix and chill? You sure?" She said. I nodded. Me and Zack have been going out for a while. We're just getting started. Also, we need to pump up this girls night. I smiled. "Cmon, we need to get this party started! It's our girls time." I said. Kelly smiled and playfully elbowed my arm. "I'm with you, girl!" She said. Lisa flipped her hair sassy. "Me too!" She said. "Me three!" Jessie said. "I know just what we could do. Get your pjs on, we're about to have a pajama party!" She said. We cheered including me. I love having pj parties with my friends!

We're now in our pjs, bags of candy, box of popcorn as well. The TV was playing. The best part; the song we're about to sing. Lisa suggest we make a music video involving our pajama party. She played Taylor Swift 22. Jessie turned on the recording. We began singing along and dancing. "It feels like a perfect night to dress up like hipsters and make fun of our exes! It feels like a perfect night for breakfast at midnight, to fall in love with strangers. Yeah! We're happy, free, confused and lonely at the same time. It's miserable and magical, oh yeah. Tonight's the night we forget about the deadlines, it's time." Kelly sung. We stomped our feet to the beat and I hopped on the bed and danced. "I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22, everything will be alright if you keep me next to you. You don't know about me but I bet you want to, everything will be alright if we just keep dancing like we're 22! 22, oooh Ooh." We sung. Kelly joined me on the bed. Jessie and Lisa sung playfully with hairbrushes. "It feels like one of those nights, this place is too crowded, too many cool kids. It feels like one of those nights, we ditch the whole scene and end up dreaming. Instead of sleeping, Yeah. We're happy, free, confused and lonely in the best way. It's miserable and magical, oh yeah. Tonight's the night that we forget about the heartbreaks, it's time." I sung. "I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22, everything will be alright if you keep me next to you. You don't know about me but I bet you want to, everything will be alright if we just keep dancing like we're 22! 22, oooh Ooh." We sung. We sang the rest of the song and danced around. Overall, I had the best time of my life.

Lisa uploaded the video on her YouTube channel. She has a few videos on there and only 200k subscribers. Most of them are makeup tutorials and shopping hauls. We gathered on the floor with a blanket covered. This time the girls are asking questions to get to know me more. I told that my birthday's coming in two months. Kelly smiled. "Maybe we'll throw her a party." She whispered. Lisa nodded. "Yeah but it needs to be a bash!" She whispered. They nodded in agreement. I didn't hear their conversation. I was secretly texting Zack.

I stopped texting and noticed the girls with bigger smirks and crossed arms. I sighed. "I thought you were distracted." I said. Lisa scoffed. "You can't fool us! We know who you're texting." She said. I smirked. "Ok, you caught me. Now can you continue the questions?" I said. They chuckled. "Have you had friends before?" Kelly asked. I nodded. "Just two. My cousin Deana and my...other friend." I said. "Who's the other friend?" Jessie asked. Any time, someone mentions her my blood pressure goes up and my anger boils. She was the best but became the worst friend ever. I sighed. "What's wrong? Did something happened?" Kelly asked. I took a deep breath. "That other friend was Alyssa Danvers. We've been friends since first grade. She's been there even at a younger age. I've also been homeschooled and her too. We were getting tired of it so we got into regular school. We was so excited! The first day turned out fine till she punched me and pushed me against the lockers. I was totally confused. She had two girls behind her and I guessed it would be the mean ones. She is also an actor's daughter." I explained. Their eyes widened. "An actor's daughter? Who?" Lisa asked. I inhaled a deep breath. "I don't remember. Really I don't. He was one everybody knew about years ago. They're still glad they own a mansion and two pools." I said, rolling my eyes. They did the same and sighed. "Why would she beat you up? That's awful." Jessie said. "It was clear. She was absolute jealous. She always knew I can sing and that I can be myself around people without acting like the perfect rich actor's daughter. She beaten me up and told me I should die in a ditch because I'm just a kiss-up to everyone." I said. Tears formed in my eyes. The image of her saying it made me tear up. I wiped my eyes. They pulled me into a group hug. It really hurt me she could say that because she was the kiss-up back then. Guess that's what happens if you befriend some celebrity's kid. Kelly sighed sadly. "We're sorry you had to deal with that." She said. Lisa nodded. "Yeah, I would've slapped her once she touch me." She said. We shared chuckles. I laughed. "Me too, Lisa. Me too." I said. Jessie smiled. "Unlike Alyssa, we would never betray or hurt you. You're beautiful, sweet, kind and talented. You're much better than the real kiss-up Alyssa." She said. I smiled and chuckled. I'm actually grateful to have great girlfriends like Jessie, Lisa and Kelly. I smiled softly. "Thank you so much, girls." I said. We hugged a little tighter. We parted. I took a deep breath. "Alright, we need to rest up for tomorrow." I said. Kelly yawned. "You're right." She said. We told each other goodnight. I got in my sleeping bag and Lisa turned off the light. We drifted off to sleep. I almost closed my eyes till my phone buzzed. I opened the screen and saw Zack's text.

Bubba😭♥️: goodnight princess💓

My cheeks burned red. I smiled and texted him back.

Mia💃🏻🎤: aww goodnight😊

Finally, my eyes felt sleepy and I fell into a deep slumber.
