JANUARY 29
Michael's Point Of View
It felt great to be back home in California. I had my girl back and I had my baby boy finally out of the hospital.
He's gotten so big and so much healthier, it just makes my heart happy whenever I just look at him. What makes me more happier is that there's no denying that he's my son. He's a perfect mixture of his mom and I.
As soon as we came back from New York, I got in contact with my lawyers to put my house on the market. There was no way I was going to take my son into my old house. I just didn't trust it. I wanted a fresh start for my family.
So, I've been staying with Sasha while we searched for a new property. Everything's been smooth sailing and exactly how I've wanted.
Today was a very laid back day for all of us. Everyone was home including Kennedy and her husband David who came over. We all decided we'd stay in and watch movies and follow it up with game night.
What Sasha didn't know was that this evening I had something very special in mind.
I laid next to her in the bed and just watched as she breast fed our son. I admired this woman like she was a real life superhero. And she definitely was.
"Why you lookin' at me like that?" She smiled.
I shrugged and smiled back at her, "Nothing. Just want to admire you."
"Don't play slick," she blushed. "You look like you want to say something. Is it about the sex conversation we had? Cause I told you we're not having sex until we're married."
"That wasn't even on my mind." I rolled my eyes. "I'm not worried about sex cause I know eventually I'll get in there," I winked. "And when I do get in there, I'm putting another baby in you." I bit my bottom lip for dramatic effect. I know she loves when I do that.
"Why are you like this?" She laughed.
"No, seriously though," I sat up. "I wanted to ask you a question."
"What is it?"
"How big do you want our wedding to be?"
She smiled and shook her head, "Michael I've told you several times already that I don't care for a big wedding. We can elope for all I care. I don't want a whole bunch of people that I don't know at my wedding. Like celebrities and all these media people. I just want you and Phoenixx and our closest friends and family." She narrowed her eyes at and made me laugh. "Michael, why are you asking me this right now? Your sneaky ass better not be trying nothing," she playfully shoved my shoulder.
"Babe, I'm just asking a question," I laughed. I knew exactly what I what I was doing.
"Mmhm," she gave me a side eye. "Here, burp your son so I can go take a shower." She handed me Phoenixx before walking away to the bathroom.
"Hey, I was talking to Janet earlier and she told me she was back in town today. I kind of invited her to game night. Is that ok?"
"Of course! Are you kidding me?" She looked at me like that was the dumbest question I've ever asked. "You didn't even have to ask me that. You know your family is always welcomed here."
