JULY 13 (night)

Michael's Point Of View

Instead of going to San Francisco, Dean drove us to an empty parking lot to show me footage of what went down between him and Aaron earlier today.

I was hysterical. Everything blacked out in my mind and all I could do was scream obscenities and throw punches against the car till my knuckles bled. Dean tried all he could to get me to calm down but I was enraged. How could my own brother do this to me? What have I done to Jermaine that he wants to slowly destroy me like this? Not only do I have a crazy brother doing all he can to slaughter my career and reputation but in the midst of trying to win back the heart of the love of my life, Sasha, I'm hit with the news that Elise is also carrying my baby.

The tears wouldn't cease to fall from my tired eyes. The stress is unbearable for me at this point. If I could kill Jermaine with my bare hands right now, I know there would be nothing that could stand in my way of doing so.

Once I calmed down a bit. I got back into the car and told Dean to drive me back to the house. He wanted to wait a little longer just so that maybe when I got back I would catch Aaron in the act of putting painkillers in my bathroom but I was over it and ready to pounce on him.

**

"Where the fuck is he!!" I marched up the stairs to my bedroom. I kicked open my bathroom door but no one was in there.

As I'm yelling and calling for the whereabouts of Aaron, Dean and one of my other security guards walked through the front door with Aaron in their grip. His nose and lip were bloody and by Dean's facial expression, I could tell he's the one that caused it.

"You piece of shit!" I wanted to spit in his face so bad but my mother taught me better. "How could you—Dean, Bryce, come sit him over here." I pulled out a single chair and sat it in the middle of my dark living room. "Wait here." I said as they sat Aaron down on the chair.

I ran to my garage and grabbed some rope, duct tape and an old baseball bat my father gifted me when I was a kid. I came back to the living room with those three items and made Bryce and Dean tie Aaron up unto the chair and duct tape his legs so he wouldn't move.

"I should've known." Aaron looked at Dean with a menacing look.

I got so pissed off all over again. I swung my fist and punched him so hard, his nose broke. "How dare you, Aaron?" I was fuming. "I trusted you all these years and this is what I get in return? Betrayal?" Aaron's eyes stared at the ground as I waited for an answer from him. "Answer me!!"

"Speak up!" Dean yanked Aaron's head back so he would look at me.

"I'm sorry." Aaron said as tears ran down his face.

"Yeah, you're sorry you got caught!" I spat. "How long have you been working for Jermaine?"

"For two years."

My heart literally sank to the pits of my stomach. My anger was oozing from every pore of my body. I was so heated that my tears felt like they were burning my face. "You piece of shit!" I punched him again. "Fuck you!"

Aaron laughed.

Dean, Bryce and I looked at each other confused. Why the fuck is he laughing?

"What the fuck is so funny?" I asked.

"You're so cute when you curse." Aaron laughed again and I completely lost it. I grabbed my baseball bat and struck his knees several times with the hardest blows possible. The rage blacked out any sense I had at the moment and all I could picture in my head was me murdering him. Aaron screamed in agony as the bat shattered his tibia. "Pleeeasssse. . ." He cried as Dean held me back.

I threw the bat off to the corner as I tried to compose myself. I moved my curls away from my sweaty face as I looked down at Aaron's blood leaking from his legs to my marble floor. "You and Jermaine are going to pay for this. I guarantee you."

"Yeah, just like you're paying for what you did to Sasha?" Aaron's eyes were bloodshot. "I'm the one that called Sasha and told her you were getting your dick wet by another woman. She didn't deserve that shit."

"You fucking piece of—you destroyed my relationship and—you know what, where's your phone? I don't have time for this shit." I went in his suit pocket and grabbed both of his phones. "Did you send Jermaine the picture?"

"I didn't get the chance to." Aaron replied.

I heaved a huge sigh of relief cause I know if Jermaine had gotten that picture, he'd have already sold it to tabloids.
I made Aaron give me the passcodes to his phones so I could go through them. I scrolled through hundreds of messages between him and my brother. I felt so betrayed. What broke my heart was a message from Elise asking Aaron if he can please find a way to get me to call her.
This whole time I was unknowingly being bitter towards the woman who is carrying my child. None of this is either Elise nor Sasha's fault. All of this is my fault.

After going through the phones, I deleted everything off of them and reset them completely. After giving Bryce the phones to destroy them, I stepped away and called Jermaine.

Jermaine: "Hey baby brother."

I gritted my teeth in complete rage. I wanted to go off on him so badly but I had to play it cool. "Hey, Jermaine how are you?"

Jermaine: "I'm great. What you got going on tonight?"

"Oh nothing!  Just practicing my batting skills with the bat Joseph gave me years back. You know, the usual."

Jermaine: He busted out in laughter. "What are you talking about? You're always joking."

"Hey, is it possible for me to see you tomorrow? I got some great news I want to share with the family."

Jermaine: "Absolutely! What time should I be over there?"

"You can come over to Hayvenhurst around noon tomorrow. The whole family will be there." I said.

Jermaine: "Great, I'll be there. Hey, Mike, I kinda got a small clue what your news is going to be. I'm excited."

I could sense his grin through the phone. I just wish I could teleport my ass to where he is and slap that grin right off his face. "You have no idea." I muttered. "I'll see you tomorrow." I hung up the phone.

I went back to the living room to find Aaron badmouthing Dean but he quickly shuts it once he sees me through his swollen eyes. I stood in front of him and stared him down for a few seconds before I spoke. "You won't be going home anytime soon, you know that right?"

"What, you're kidnapping me?" Aaron scoffed.

I turned to Dean, "Dean, can you please take Mr. Aaron Sims to the shed outback? That'll be his home until further notice."

Dean nodded in agreement as he and Bryce picked Aaron up. I thought it would be good to get a doctor here because it was evident that I broke both of his legs. "Once you get him in there, untie him and handcuff one of his arms to something. I'm going to call a doctor to come check him out."

Bryce and Dean agreed then carried Aaron away.

I sighed and sat down.

My life is just spiraling all at once and it's at a speed where shit is just hitting me from all sorts of directions.

My stomach turned from the sight of Aaron's blood all over the floor. I've never in my life had to resort to violence of this nature, but finding out what Aaron and Jermaine has been doing to me was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I really feel the need to clear my head right now. Moments like this is when I wish I actually had painkillers to drown all this down. But instead of that, I think it's best I go find where Elise is so I can talk to her.

I never imagined that a boy who was raised under a strict Jehovah's Witness household and grew up with a spotless image would end up getting two women pregnant at the same time.

Mother is for sure going to have a heart attack when she finds out.
