Chapter 94

Louis' POV

I hated keeping that surprise from her. I just wanted to tell her what I was planning the whole time. I know she knew something was up with me. I love how surprised she was about this. I know things have moved fast between us but I do love her. I don't want anyone else but her. I'm happy she's meeting my mum today. I mean we can tell her about this morning. I don't know what she's going to say about it. I don't care what anyone is going to say about it. It's what we both want. I guess that's what we both want. I haven't exactly asked her. I know we still have a lot to talk about with this. Maybe it's better not to tell my mum today. I do want to talk to Allison about everything first. I know everyone is going to see her big ring. I just hope they don't ask about it. I think they're just going to be happy seeing me again. It's been a few years since they have.

Allison's POV

I can't believe this happened. I want to talk to him about everything with this. I know we're engaged now but I don't want to get married anytime soon. I want to wait for that. I don't want to bring this up now. I don't want to ruin his good mood. I know we need to get ready and go to his mom's too. I mean I'm not even sure if we're going to tell her today. I guess that's really up to him. I looked down at my left hand, looking at the ring. For some reason it looks right being there. I felt him kiss my cheek, "Do you like it, love?"

I smiled, looking up at him, "Yes, I just don't want you spending a lot of money on me like this."

He wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him, "Don't worry about it, baby. I only planned to do that one time and I want it to be right. Don't worry about the cost. I have money saved up since I've never really got to spend it on anyone."

"I'm sorry. I just feel weird when people just spend money on me like this."

He pecked my lips, "Get used to it, baby. I want to give you whatever you want."

I pecked his lips, "I only want you."

He smiled, "Well you have me. You'll have me for life."

I smiled, "I love that."

He pecked my lips, "Are you ready to go see my mum?"

I nodded, "Let's go get ready, babe."

He pecked my lips before pulling away from me, getting up. I'm happy to be meeting his mom today. I know he's never brought anyone around to meet her or any of his family. I'm kind of nervous for that. What if she doesn't think I'm good enough for him? What if she doesn't like that I'm one of his students? I don't even know what's going to happen today. I've already been surprised enough today. I definitely wasn't expecting him to propose. It kind of makes sense that he would since he was asking if I've been thinking about our future lately. I should have known but I didn't. I just didn't know why he was acting weird and was nervous at times. I don't need to be thinking about all this right now. I have time for that later. I need to focus on meeting his family today. I got up off the couch, following him into the bedroom. I walked over to our bags and started looking for a nice outfit for today. 

After I was done getting ready I reached to grab my coat when I felt Louis wrap his arms around my waist. It just feels nice being in his arms. He kissed my cheek, "Can we just stay here all day and enjoy our engagement?"

I shook my head, "We need to go see your mom. You're the one that told her we're coming."

He moved his head down, kissing my neck, "I'm sure she would understand if I told her."

I sighed, "I want to meet her, babe."

He kissed my neck up to my ear, nibbling on it for a moment, "Fine but later we're celebrating this the right way."
