The vampire and gator man charged at me, because apparently I deserve all the blood suckers. The vampire picked up a whole table in one hand and a chair in the other and flung them both at me, the table hitting me square in my chest and knocking me over. Then as the chair came at me I used my power and morphed my arm into tendrils of dark almost black green mass, grabbed the chair and slung it at the vampire hitting him in the head. Then I felt two hands *try* to grab me, but apparently my gifts weren't having that. So before anything could happen, I spun around and wrapped my tendrils around all four of gatormans arms and ripped two off. Yet it seemed he didnt feel it, or care. He kicked me so hard I flew past the now up and moving vampire and into the cage.

As I sat against the wall I looked over at Kai who was struggling but seemed to be handling himself pretty well. Or so I thought. The wolf man bit into Kais arm and literally ripped it off before slinging it across the room and then slicing his throat as the tentacle monster kicked him, sending him flying back. I screamed out in fear as I was almost positive I had just seen my best friend get ripped to shreds, but I was wrong. Kais tattoos were moving at a furious rate and his eyes were pure white and glowing, illuminating all the space around him.  He stood up to everyone's shock and ripped off his shirt with his one arm, showing a body covered in moving black ink. Then it all flooded to his right arm that had been ripped off and made a new black one covered in spikes holding a sword of darkness. He looked at both of the monsters, now shaking with fear and shook his head and finger at them before slowly approaching them. We'd discuss that later.

I turned back to the vampire who ran to me and picked me up by my throat, which was his mistake. I activated the boot blade and plunged it into his stomach with a squished flesh sound before dragging it up the length of his body. I then flicked out the gauntlet blade and swung it sideways, crouched down, hearing it sizzle as it sliced through flesh and bone. As I stood up, I kicked the top half of the vampire into the tentacle beast that Kai was fighting. Okay, more like, brutally slaughtering. He was crouched on top of the dead minotaur he had raised up with his black sword and spiked arm raised back, so he was easily 10 feet high in the air.

As the vampires body hit the tentacle monster it turned around and Kai jumped off, spinning and swinging the sword in a circular motion, directly across the neck of the monster, cutting the head clean off and shooting black blood everywhere.
He then turned around and plunged the sword into the creatures back sticking out the end of its chest, before ripping both of its tentacle arms off. Ahhh Karma.

Kai was now next to me and the only two left was a staggered two armed drugged up gator man and wolf man.
As the wolf man came at us, Kai ran up and drop kicked it in its face, sending it flying a few feet. He then cupped his hands and turned to me and I ran forward and stepped into his hands as he threw me up into the air. As I jumped I morphed my arm into a massive double sided battle axe, and when I came down i sliced the gator man in two hearing his bones break and shatter and hearing his flesh squish as black blood shot everywhere and his insides spilled out coating my clothes.

I stood up and saw the wolf man running at Kai and slid forward as I tripped him, sending him face forward into Kai. At the same time, Kai let go of the sword and made the spikes on him arm grow as he plummeted his fist into the wolf's face. He shoved his arm through the bottom of the wolf man's neck and jaw and the spikes tore through skin and bone, hearing snaps and flesh ripping as deep crimson blood rained down his arm, and black spikes protruded from the wolf's skull and mouth. He then used the black dagger to cut open the wolf's stomach before kicking him off and sending blood flying in the air and into the crowd as an absolutely show stopping finale.

He turned to me and the spikes receded as the black darkness faded away and he reattached his ripped off arm, as if nothing was wrong. He looked at me with a grim look and we wrapped out arms around each others shoulders, helping each other as we limped out of the Pit of Rot, mangled and shredded, torn bodies lying everywhere.

We walked out the gate and ring of the arena to the side where the Emperor was and stood before him, our breathing heavy and ragged. He looked at us while the crowd was still cheering from our floor, to the third house all the way at the top. The dark wall behind his throne glowed and a door opened up and he stepped inside, gesturing us to follow him as well.
We took one last look at the bloodied arena, the crowd piled high, and the few lightbulbs lighting the hallways that people were betting in, and followed him into the room.

It was a nice room, large and rather cozy. There was a fireplace with a roaring, crackling fire, on one wall,  and there were weapon racks and armor on the other. Before us was a desk with a similar throne behind it and two chair in front of it. He gestured for us to sit down and we did, as well as himself. Behind him there was a metal enforced window showing off the Blade Runner-esque city. Someone sat three drinks down, then walked out and shut the door with a loud echoing thud.
"So." He paused. "What do you want, and what do you need?" He asked as he leaned back.
