As the newest enemy of mine charged at me, I noticed he was foaming at the mouth as well as the others i fought in the arena. As a matter of fact, I realized that all of my enemies have been. So whoever this drug lord is, he's been targeting ME specifically and is hunting me. Guess killing of drugged up murderers is bad for business.

As the wolf man came at me everyone else cleared out and he tackled me directly in the chest, sending us both flying to the ground. As he was on top, he punched me in the face, snarling and snapping my head to the side.

He went to reach up again but I punched him in the stomach and then rolled us over to where I was on top.
From this point I just plummeted my fists into his face again and again until eventually he kicked me off and sent me flying into a nearby market vendors stall.

I stood up and looked at the vendor in deep apology. "Oh...I'm so sorry I'm so sorry. I promise, I'll pay for that." I said, immediately after I got up.

The snarling wolf man was heaving and as he stood up, planting his feet in the ground, he looked at me drooling. "No no no no no...." I said as he got down on all fours. Three long spikes shot up out of each arm and he came barreling at me, slicing plenty of innocent people and vendors along the way.

I ripped off my cloak and slung it across the market leaving my arms bare except for my gauntlet. I used my powers and basically enveloped the gauntlet, turning my other arm into an axe. As the wolfman ran at me I charged as well and he jumped to come crashing down on top of me.
I rolled out of the way and drug my jagged axe arm across him stomach hearing the flesh rip as he let out a roaring yell.

He flipped and crashed down onto the ground and roared as he stood back up. As I stood up he leapt out in a split second and almost ripped off my arm, though my powers were ready and all he did was bite down on solid dark green concrete, breaking a few teeth.
I slid out my glowing hot gauntlet blade and before he knew what had happened, I shoved it into the base of his skull causing him to stop and drop dead at my feet.

I crouched down and opened his mouth, breaking off a tooth and putting it in a pouch. I was definitely going to have to check this out later, or at least have Rayven look at it. As I stood up I picked up my shredded cloak and threw the hood up, walking back to the group. I slipped an arm around Memphis's waist and we walked away from the crowd, headed to the hotel/place we were staying. It was just your typical three house kind of hotel they had here.

I got us settled and we all checked in, everybody bunking with their significant others with the exception of Altas, Zeke, and Beckett, who were fine with sharing a room. As Memphis and I got into our room I took off my cloak and vest, revealing my bruised and beaten body. Immediately worry filled her eyes and she shot over to my side checking on me. I'm sure Rayven was doing the same to Kai though.

Halcyon was healing us both, but we were gonna need a few days. Or at the very least, a day. Afterwards she walked over to Cyrus and he held her, whispering sweet nothings into her ear. I had a feeling that she was the only thing keeping him grounded and down and if something happened to her, he'd lose all control.

"Are you okay??" Memphis snapped me back to reality, the question filled with utter worry. I smiled warmly and looked at her. She was so beautiful and sweet. Yet she could lift up twenty ton rocks with the snap of her finger or the tilt of her head. What did I do to deserve her?

"Yea. I'm fine love. Just a bit beat up and bruised, but so is Kai. We'll be okay." I replied.
She nodded, looking at me and stretched out her hand. I was wondering what she was doing for a moment, and then a bottle of healing salve shot to her hand from across the room as she applied it onto my body.

I tilted her chin up and kissed her softly, sweetly, and slowly, before pulling away, picking her up and laying her down on the bed following suit. She shut off the lights and locked the door using her powers and we were soon lost in each others love all night.

The morning came and we awoke, both of us getting dressed, me with just my regular clothes and a cloak. I still had my gauntlet and boots, but that was about it. My other stuff had been destroyed in the battle basically.
We headed down stairs to the room below us which had Rayven and Kai, who were already dressed and up and going. Finally we hit the last room, which was the boy's room, that also contained Cyrus and Halcyons room as well. We all got ready, packed our bags and headed out.

"So!" Kai exclaimed. "Who's hungry? Cause I'm ready for some breakfast!" We all nodded and laughed agreeing with him and headed to a different type of saloonish bar place. This time Beckett and Zeke walked in and asked for directions to the nearest vendor who had food. They walked out and pointed all the way down looking at us with a dead face.

Though they were still tired, this left no sign to Kai, who gladly and surprisingly quickly made his way down to the vendor, who's stall was filled to the brim with food, smoke rising out of the top of their little hut. I looked over at Rayven with a confused look on my face and questioned to her what was up with him. "We um, had alot of work to do last night, if you catch my drift." She whispered to me. I nodded with an 'Ahhh' and smiled at her then at him.

We all walked over and sat down on these tiny tables scattered in front of the vendor, Rayven and I next to Kai, Memphis next to me and so forth. As I looked up past the black and gray buildings and stacked houses that were surrounding us, I glared up at the black and red sky rolling forward, thundering and crackling with lighting and sighed. It was gonna be a hell of a fight getting off of here.
