When you arrived at the village, the guards quickly stepped into defense stance. "Who are you? And state your business." You step foward, "My name is Leona, this is Chase, Jackie, and Poppy. We are from the kingdom of Chirpy and we are on a mission.We need shelter. If you could be so kind." The guards looked at each other and let you in.
The people crowded around you in awe. One of them grabbed your wings. Your eyes widened as you cry out. You nearly fell down but your wings opened, balancing you. The crowd gasped in shock. You look around as peoples wings opened. Your heart fluttered, recognizing the wings.
They were all cardinal harpies.
Chase reached for your hand and you took it. Tears welled up in your eyes. "Y-youre all.." They started whispering to one another and then a older harpy hobbled towards you. "The princess has returned like the prophesy I told you about! We are saved!" The old sir bowed down and soon the others did the same. It was overwhelming. Princess? You? Prophesy?
Chase looked at you in awe and Poppy squealed with delight. "Your a princess Leona?! This is amazing!" Jackie looked at you with a rare look in her eyes, pride. "Hold up. Can someone explain what all this means? I'm not a princess. Since when was there a prophesy about me?" The old harpy took you by the hand, gently, and led you to a temple.
Chase, Poppy and Jackie were escorted to a hotel.
