DamonsPOV

"Quick move her over there." I point to the table in the dining room. Nick lays her down and she screams in agony.

"What do we do? she's not breathing?" Nick asks in a panic

Everyone is in a panic, there are guards everywhere looking for miss Adams.

"Oh dear!" jasper runs up to Bailey. he starts to examine her.

Bailey eyes role back an she blacks out.

Jasper turns her onto her side and checks her back, and spine; then flips her back over.

I have this feeling inside of me that no husband should ever fear. Is my wife and child going to die?

I know that vampires cant just die, but I mean things can kill us, we are a lot like humans, it is just harder to kill us, and we don't age.

I see Nick out of the corner of my eye worried. "Well?"

Jasper is examining baileys belly/baby.

"Bailey was injected with a serum, that has wood and silver, both harmful to vampires." Bailey gasps for air, and then let's a bloody scream rip through the house. Her body then starts to rumble and shake.

"Hold her down!!" jasper yells towards me and Nick.

I quickly grab her hands and body, and hold her down without hurting her or the baby, Nick grabs her feet, and hold her down.

BaileysPOV

The pain is indescribable, it surges through my body, Nick lays me onto a table.

I cant breath it's like someone stuck a cloth into my mouth and there is a plastic bad up my nose, I get a little air, but not enough.

I see jasper run up to me, and my breath just so shollow, everything gets dark.

I'm slipping. my mind cant hold.

My baby. I try to tell 'the baby'. but all I get out is.

"I hurt!!" I gasp.

I roll my head towards Damon. "please kill me. please!!" I cry out in pain.

"Shh it's ok it will be over soon I promise." Damon strokes my hair.

I gasp, my shoulder leaving the table my lungs tightening.

Damon'sPOV


"Let's move her to a more
Relaxing spot." Nicks say.

He goes to pick her up, but I growl.

"Sorry I forgot she's not mine." I look at him confused, then pick Bailey up.

I take her to our bed, and lay her down.

jasper told us that Bailey will suffer, the serum is effecting her body, it's shutting down, but if she keeps fight she will survive, and sometimes, vampire that's have the amount of dosage in their systems die. so basically it's baileys choice like always.

I look down at Bailey and smile.

"Look at me." I command Bailey.

Her head rolls towards my body, and she whimpers. "I love you! don't leave me."

She's smiles then put her hand out for me to grab. I take hold them something amazing happened, she gasped, not as if she was drowning under water, no as if she came above and got air. she starts to cough violently.

I pull my self closer to her and her breathing seems to even out.

"JASPER!!" I yell.

I turn around to look for Nick but he's gone.

I yell once more for jasper and soon enough he comes running up and into our room with Nick behind him.

He must of ran and gotten him when he also noticed her breathing.

"Her breathing, she breaths better with me touching her." I blurt out.

" I've never seen this, but I guess since it helps her keep it going. she needs her strength."

-----3hours later-------

DamonsPOV

Bailey fell asleep, so I had to leave. I need to find miss Adams. I don't know why I didn't guess it was here. the way she was a low ranking maid to a lead meeting person? it's not impossible, it's been done, but it's hard.


She has this obsession over me. Now that I think of it, she would watch me, she would leave me notes when she would clean for me, but I never connected it till now.

"Damon?" Nick looks at me.

"Hmm? what? sorry" I say softly.

"I was telling you what happened, and how Bailey and I got here."

"Wait how did you survive, Bailey killed you?" I suddenly realized the problems we have not solved.

"WE didn't dead." The door bursts open.

"Sir! we have miss Adams."




Hope you liked it. it's kind of short will update soon again, and there is a big surprise in the next chapter. this chapter is kind of dull. I'm really tired and trying write sorry.
