Kissing you felt like looking at the stars on a clear night
Each press of your lips fell
like
feathers against my skin
Looking into your eyes
I
saw galaxies
I
saw the sun
And moon as one...
I saw distruction
but also retribution....
I saw us ..
laying...
in a bed
snuggled up in blankets only to be awoken by sunlight
Wanting to stay .... just a lil longer
Being around you felt like a kid in a candy store...
no worries ..
only endless possibilities...
Touch of your hands on one's body caused butterflies to unite
Touch of your voice to my ears was like a symphony that drew my heart and mind in
Your mind was so blunt
yet
vast enough to get lost in
Your love drowned me
Like an endless pool that kept filling
But just like the darkness of the midnight sky...
it to left ..
and just like the sun ...
it burned..
Just like water the tears flow
And just like the stars
My heart too lost its sparkle
As it shattered
Like glass
