As the golden flames swirled around Excalibur. Paladin brought Excalibur down, as he then he charged forward. Aerro smirks as he sees Paladin, charging for him head on. He opens up his right hand, and a completely black long bow, with thorns and vines wrapped around the bow appeared. He then quickly opens up his left hand, making a black arrow appear in his left hand. He then sights Lucifer's Bow, and he loads the arrow in.

"Goodnight, Lord Inquisitor."

Aerro fires the black arrow. Sending it flying across the sky, with great speed, straight towards Paladin. Paladin sees the arrow, and immediately he skids to a halt. Causing snow on the ground to be picked up and thrown forward. He quickly held out his left hand.

"Blessing of Odin, Golden Grandshield!"

Paladin makes a Golden grandshield appear right in front of him, creating a large barricade between him and the arrow. As the tip of the black arrow hits the Golden Grandshield, it immediately explodes, and causes the Golden Grandshield to break down into tiny glass like pieces.

"You really thought a Granshield, would stop me Lord Inquisitor?"

As the Golden Grandshield collapses. Paladin charges forward, not caring. Still holding Excalibur in his right hand, with golden flames still swirling around. Aerro smirks as he sees Paladin coming forward, and he puts Lucifer's Bow away. He then unsheathes Chaos Maker, and he closes his left hand.

"Lucifer's Grace, Void Sword!"

Aerro opens his left hand, and immediately a shortsword made of the black void appears. He then takes position, waiting for Paladin, as he held the two swords in front of him.

"Today is the day you die Lord Inquisitor!"

"We'll see about that!"

When Paladin got close to Aerro, their swords immediately clashed. Paladin took Excalibur, and slashed straight down. Aerro blocked his attack, by using his two swords and horizontally blocking the golden blade of Excalibur. While blocking Excalibur, Aerro can feel the powerful strength of the sword, the power of Excalibur radiating. Excalibur was wanting to cut down both of Aerro's swords, dividing them both into two halves. Aerro could feel this, as he seemingly felt a beating heart within Excalibur. A beating heart, sharing the same ideals and feelings of its wielder, the Lord Inquisitor. As the golden flames swirling around Excalibur started heating up his gauntlets, giving him only a slight annoying pain, Aerro pushed Paladin forward. Causing Paladin to slide back.

"I'm not giving you a second to relax!"

"Neither will I give you a second, Lord Inquisitor!"

Paladin leaped forward, and Aerro only throws up the void shortsword to protect himself from Excalibur. When Excalibur comes down, because of its power and strength, it cuts straight down the void sword, cutting it cleanly into two halves. Paladin smirked.

"Poor decision Aerro! You should've used both your sword!"

Aerro smirks as he shakes his head.

"No. You've only fallen for my trap."

Before Excalibur reaches Aerro. The black void shortsword, cut into two, exploded close to Paladin and Excalibur. Causing Paladin, while still holding onto Excalibur, to fly backwards. Paladin, flying backwards landed with his back hitting the ground first. Black void dust all over him, covering the front of his armor, and partially covering his face. Paladin grunts.

"You mother--"

Aerro then charges forward at Paladin.

"I'm not giving you a second to rest Lord Inquisitor!"
