In the Office of the Lord Inquisitor, the Six Inquisitors were having a meeting. Paladin was sitting in his chair with Alexon standing next to him, with the other four sitting down on the couches.
"Alright, so do you mind explaining what this meeting is about?"
Paladin had his hands interlocked on his desk as he turned to Omega.
"The Legion of Death have invaded Frostaria, the home of the Snow Elves. The Legion of Death attacked without any warning, and they have already captured the western region of the continent. They intend to fully conquer Frostaria, and at the moment the Frostarian Military is in complete disarray. At the War Council meeting, Ashley asked the War Council to provide military support, and I volunteered the Inquisition. Lady Athena, followed up by volunteering House Athena."
Archer crossed his arms and smirked.
"Let me ask Paladin, is Lady Athena using the volunteer of House Athena soldiers as a way to get closer with you?"
Paladin shook his head.
"I highly doubt she is doing it for that reason--"
"Are we sure about--"
Alexon sighed and shook his head.
"Her purpose behind volunteering House Athena soldiers does not matter. Right now, the discussions need to be focussed on the Legion of Death--"
"Right..."
"Hey, just making sure Lady Athena is volunteering House Athena for all the right reasons Alexon. Don't want to find out that she abandoned us, because Paladin pissed her off."
"Why would I--"
"Moving on from that topic, and back to the previous one. Right now, we have no clue what the size of the Legion of Death in Frostaria is. However, both myself and Paladin have concluded that we'll be outnumbered, until the Frostarian Military is able to get their shit together."
Jingks placed his right hand on the bottom of his chin.
"Who are we bringing along from the Inquisition?"
"We are bringing along five thousand from the New Dawn, and five thousand from the Wolves--"
"Wait!"
Noxious attempted to interrupt the conversation, but the Inquisitors continued to speak over him.
"So ten thousand from the Inquisition, and five thousand from House Athena?"
"Correct--"
"Hey--"
"So how are we going to transport everyone? Frostaria, last time I checked Alexon and Paladin, is across the sea."
Paladin nodded his head.
"Before I left the War Council meeting, I spoke with House Xynova's Navy Admiral, he guaranteed me that his navy could carry us across the sea and back--"
"Hey guys! Pay attention to me!"Noxious yelled as he stood up. He garnered all the attention in the room, as Paladin, Jingks, Archer, Omega, and Alexon all turned to him.
"What is it?"
"It is completely unfair--"
"What is unfair?"
"It is bullshit that Messiah, gets to bring his Wolves along for this invasion! If he is going to bring Wolves over then I want to bring some Demon Zealots, from the Duumvirate!"
Paladin placed his left hand on the bottom of his chin. Alexon sighed.
"Well Noxious, we thought it would be best to save some soldiers for when the Legion of Death attacks the Kingdom of Orion. Not only that Noxious, but Frostaria is a continent composed of ice and snow. Would the Demon Zealots, be able to handle that type of harsh environment?"
