Archer turns to Jingks, and watches as Jingks stands still. Archer waits for Jingks to make a move, trying to determine whether the request Evius made would be listened to or not. Jingks thinks about it for a few moments, considering what the bartender said to him and considering his other options. His eyes flash cyan, and he proceeds to lower his hood, revealing his face. Archer recognizes this and proceeds to follow Jingks' lead, lowering his hood as he turns back to Evius. When she looked upon the Inquisitors' faces, she couldn't help but smile.
"The two of you have a distinctive look on your faces, and in your eyes. Both of your faces show that they've been through many troubles. Both of your eyes show that you've seen the deaths of many. You've both been in a lot of fighting."
"We've been tested by fire numerous times, so if our faces were to show wear then there is the reason why. The same argument could be made for our eyes, seeing that we've seen many things that any person should ever see."
"Oh really?"
"Yes really. Do you doubt what I'm saying, Evius?"
Evius shakes her head. She proceeds to place her left hand under his chin.
"No, I don't doubt you. My servant has told something, and now I want to hear it confirmed by the two of you. What do you the two of you come to the Evius manor for?"
"Business."
"What type of business?"
"The great and best kind."
"Be specific. Kidnapping, burglary, assassination, smuggling, escaping?"
Jingks is slightly surprised to hear the services being offered by Evius. He didn't think that such things would be offered, and he didn't think somebody of the Royal Class would offer such business. It made him wonder if it was smart to trust her.
"We wish to get inside the Mordred Diane trial."
Evius' smile disappeared when Jingks finished speaking. She proceeds to closely examine Jingks with her eyes, examining every single part of his armor from the toe all the way up to his chest plate. She then turns to examine Archer. Her eyes carefully taking in all the details, recognizing the material his armor was made of.
"Both of your armors are made of high class material. So high classed, regular humans from the Kingdom of Orion wouldn't be able to come close to having such armor."
"Anybody can achieve any type of armor, if they dedicate themselves to its craft."
Evius shakes her head.
"In this case, no. Your armor is too high classed for any simple human to learn and craft, which shows that you two are no simple humans. It's obvious to me now, as I think back to what you asked of me. You are both Inquisitors from the Inquisition."
Jingks nods his head.
"Indeed. We are both Inquisitors from the Inquisition, who have been sent to High Garden on the behalf of the Lord Inquisitor."
Evius proceeds to cross her arm as she lays back into her throne.
"Makes sense. The Council had deep conversations about the possibility of the Inquisition taking revenge upon High Garden, for stealing Mordred Diane. So I should've expected to meet you eventually, one way or another."
"Agreed. We likely would've met even without us coming to you."
"I've also saw what happened in Frostaria. The Legion of Death's victory over the Lord Inquisitor, Grand Wizard, and the Wolf King. I saw the ugly defeat the Inquisition took, and so did everyone else in High Garden."
